A nick on the door scares me so much that I jump up and rip the letter so slightly.
"JoJo open the door"
I quickly wiped the tear threatening to trickle down my cheek. The floorboards creek as I walk to the bath room and call out that I'll be one minute. The fresh water feels like heaven and my face begins to return to its natural way.
Lizzie uses magic to open the door and barges her way into the bathroom.
I see tears in her eyes and immediately knew what was going to happen next.
"Raff asked hope out"
The loud cries of Lizzie pushed on My buttons. I slowly got off my bed and walked over to where the closet was and got changed into my pyjamas
"Are you not going to comfort me?"
Lizzie asked with bloodshot eyes. I looked over to where she was sitting and rolled my eyes at her. God she was so pathetic sitting there crying over some boy who wasn't her boyfriend.
"What about MG? God Lizzie you are so sick he loves you and your sat here crying over some other boy"
I lifted up my Christmas bedding and turned to face the wall so I didn't have to look at lizzie's devil stair that I could feel burning my scalp.

I had completely forgotten that mine and lizzie's room was only separated by a wall with a cap so we were sharing the same roof. Unfortunately it meant that you could hear most convos the other room had. I saw the familiar 💬 pop up which brought and extra beat to my heart.
