ding ! ding ! ding !

jaehyun walks down the school hallways. hoping to find a new life again.

you see, jaehyun was something that most people would read in fictional books. a blood-sucking monster or also known as a vampire.

jaehyun walks with one of his good friends, johnny. funny because johnny was those other fictional supernatural characters. a werewolf.

they were buddies. you couldn't see them apart. at all. they both had a rad idea to move somewhere with humans to start a normal life.

you know, with supernatural beings. they had a different life but lets not talk about it. staying with the supernatural world ended up being boring to them. luckily taeyong thought it wasnt a bad idea to move.

so here they were, walking into NEO highschool. there were girls and boys looking at them with awe, screaming and chatter from other peoples conversations. the atmosphere was similar to their native home yet extremely different. but they liked it.

"woahh— jaehyun, doesnt that look like doyoung? from primary school?" johnny pointed at the dark haired boy. jaehyun looked up to see the familiar face and his eyes lit up. doyoung was one of jaehyun's closest friends before he moved away. the duo walked towards the dark haired boy.

"kim doyoung? its nice to see a familiar face." johnny says first. doyoung eyes widened.

"what the fuck are yall doing here?!?" he said nervously. doyoung didnt want to see other supernatural people walking on the same ground as him. it was danger.

"wow how rude of you. no hey its been a while? none of that huh?" jaehyun was offended.

"no why would i-" doyoung starts but noticed he was with the boy standing behind them.

"oh wait, jungwoo i almost forgot you were talking to me." doyoung said apologetically. "oh its okay doyoungie! i guess ill ask later about the project- lucas is calling for me." jungwoo nodded politely and walked towards a loud boy who kept yelling his name.

-time skip-

jaehyun and johnny easily blended in. they shared only two classes together but jaehyun doesnt mind to get away from that dog.

putting his schedule back in his pocket, he looks for the gymnasium.

"kay kids! we're doing warmups and finishing with 5 laps!" a man with a built figure starts yelling.

the girls and boys head to the locker rooms and changed into their gym clothes. warm ups were easy since all it was is a few stretches anyone could do.

later on, all the students went on the track field and started running. jaehyun had the perks of being a vampire but decided to just jog. to you know.. fit in.

he noticed someone fall down and jaehyun being the caring lad he is, he just had to help the poor guy.

"hey, are you okay? jungwoo?" jaehyun tapped his shoulder and the boy turned with teary eyes.

"y-yeah. it's just a small cut, don't worry friend of doyoungie." the blonde boy smiled sweetly.

"it's jaehyun." he smiled. but his smile fell as he saw jungwoo's knee.

jaehyun could spot the smeared blood below him. it smelled so sweet and strong.

he felt dizzy.

"erm, i-i gotta go i feel a little lightheaded... from r-running. you should check with the n-nurse."

jaehyun practically jumped up from the ground to speed walk away with his face covered. jungwoo was left confused not noticing the boy that started calling and running towards jungwoo.

"seriously woo? i leave to get you a water and you injure yourself." ten complained.

ten grabbed jungwoo's hand to bring him to the nurse to treat his cut.
