"DAMN IT FACE ME AN TELL ME WHAT YOU WERE DOING OUT OF THE HOUSE!!" Xcellence hissed stopping his kicks as tried prying Halluciv's tentacles apart, Nightmare's feet thudded and thumped hard against the ground.

"I-I w-was r-r-running away..." Halluciv whimpered. Xcellence bent down and cupped Halluciv's face, he ignore's the monster's shaking. he wiped the tears from his face.

"You idiot... as if you could survive by yourself." Xcellence said gently and held Halluciv's shoulders, Halluciv was scared.

"STOP IT!" Nightmare screamed running to them, he was still quite a bit away.

"You would've never gotten far." Xcellence whispered and moved his hand to Halluciv's throat, choking the monster, Hallciv grabbed Xcellence's hand trying to free, gagging.

"You're mine, and you always will be." Xcellence dragged Halluciv with him 

Nightmare stumbled trying to go faster, he quickly recovered.

"Let's go home... we'll discuss your behavior later." Xcellence hissed, knowing Nightmare was getting too close. Halluciv planted his feet in the ground out of fear of what Xcellence would do this time.

"HALLUCIV NOW!!!" Xcellence demanded forcing Halluciv into motion, Halluciv silently cried. Xcellence pulled Halluciv along so Halluciv didn't try to stall again, but Halluciv had bought himself just enough time.

Nightmare tackled Xcellence out of shock and surprise he released Halluciv as he slammed into the ground. Halluciv gasped and jumped back holding himself as he watched the 'stranger' attack Xcellence.

Xcellence roared as he and Nightmare fought, Nightmare seemed to be winning.

"YOU. DON'T. BEAT. YOUR. BOYFRIENDS!!!" Nightmare shrilled as he punched Xcellence, he was taking this personally. Xcellence pushed him away attacking back.

"DON'T. TELL. ME. WHAT. TO. DO!!!" Xcellence choking, Nightmare, Nightmare used his tentacles to pry Xcellence's hands off his neck. Halluciv hesitantly pulled Xcellence off of Nightmare, Xcellence landed hard against a tree. He roared in pain and anger, he growled as he retreated, but he promised himself he would take his revenge.

Nightmare's face was a bit sore so was his chest, but it was just a few easy to heal bruises. Halluciv went to Nightmare, but he didn't touch him.

"T-t-thanks" Halluciv said, and offered his hand to Nightmare.

"...You're welcome..." Nightmare took the hand.

"A-are you okay?" Halluciv stuttered after pulling Nightmare to his feet.

"No, you?" Nightmare dusted himself off a bit.

"I-I've never been okay." Halluciv looked away sadly.

"Thank you for saving me, I've tried running away before, but he's always found me." Halluciv rubbed his arms gently. Nightmare glared at the direction Xcellence fled.

"I'm Nightmare..." Nightmare looked back to Halluciv.

"Halluciv, nice to meet you." Halluciv smiled.

"Well Halluciv... Let's get you back to your friends." Nightmare pointed to Jam, Eraser, and Reboot.

"So what happened while Xcellence was dragging me?" Halluciv nodded.

"I... I uhhhh found out that I traveled to a different Multiverse... somehow... someway..." Nightmare looked around.

"So am I technically you?" Halluciv asked

"Sorta... you look like me, but... you're not really my version, this place is apparently a Swap version of my home..." Nightmare cringed, the way Xcellence looked bothered Nightmare badly he looked that direction again. Nightmare growled and looked ahead once more.

"Then who acts like me?" Halluciv asked excitedly.

"You remind me of my brother mostly..."

"Mostly?"

"You kinda remind me of a monster in my Multiverse who... dead... he uhh... he betrayed me and my family... but whatever his reasons... I-- I hope you aren't like him..." Nightmare rubbed his own skull. Halluciv gasped and suddenly hugged Nightmare.

"I'll never do that!! That's just horrible!!" Halluciv felt Nightmare tensing.

"I'm fine, the monster got what he deserved..." Nightmare tried to convince himself of what he was saying, it's the only way he could handle his guilt. Halluciv nodded pulling away.

"C-can I come to y-your Multiverse? I-I'd probably like it there better th-than here..." Halluciv asked.

"If I knew how to get how to get back I would gladly take you with me, but... I don't even know how I got here in the first place!" Nightmare sighed, Nightmare rubbed his wedding ring anxiously, he wanted to go home where Horror was. He knew Horror was probably worrying and panicking over him being gone.
