Betty POV

I have been walking for around 40 minutes if I was to guess because I don't even know the time. I have ran out of berries but I am not hungry anymore so I'm not worried at the moment.

As I am walking I come across a dear and I just stare in awe. But then it sees me and I get a little cleaned out and the next thing you know it, it runs after me and I just start running as fast as I can but considering I'm weak I don't get far until I fall on my face and I must have hit my head because the next thing I remembered everything went black.

I woke up and it was black out but at the very end of the sky it was a bit yellow. I probably slept through the night because the sun was coming up soon. I start walking quite slow considering I can barely see anything.

My stomach was now begging for food and I could not see anything so I just sat down and looked at the remaining stars left in the sky because the rest were taken over by light.

I try to get to sleep so I'm the morning I can actually see the food. It took a while but i finally got to sleep.

I woke up and the sun was half way up so I could see everything now. When I turned around there it was right in front of my eyes a town I don't know what town but it had food and homes so I may as well check it out.

I walk down to the town and I see a few people, not a lot but a few. I walk up so a woman and ask "exuse me ms where am I?" "Riverdale hunny, are you ok are you lost?" Riverdale finally the word that has been in my head my whole life I herd it when I was younger but I didn't know what it meant, But it doesn't mean anything it's a place an actual place.

I didn't know what to do now that I got here I have no family, friends or anywhere to go. I start walking around until I came along this place called pops. I walk in and some people stare at me I just walk to the very back and sit down and curl into a ball. I get interrupted by a mans voice  "what can I get for you?". I look up and it's a man in a uniform (pop)"Oh um how much is the water here?" I ask "it's free" "can I get a water please?" I ask shyly. "Sure thing" and he walked off.

After a minute he came back with water "are you sure that's all you want?" He asks "yea I am I just came to clear my head" I lied right through my teeth.

I heard a bell and this really good looking guy came in. "Hey pop" he said "Jughead hey how are you?" Pop said and I just smile at his name, Jughead very unusual, I like it.

Jughead POV

I walk into my room after my dad told me about that Betty girl taking her life. I just wonder how could someone do that to themself. I shake it off and get ready for bed I brush my teeth and go to bed in my boxers as usual and went to sleep.

*next morning

I wake up, check my phone and read Friday 7:36 I groan and get up and stretch. I get dressed into my usual outfit my S T-shirt and grey denim jacket with black baggy jeans.

I walk into the kitchen and poor myself a bowl of cereal and eat while doing my homework before I head to school. Once I am done some of my homework and finished my food I put my bowl away. I have never completed my homework before so I'm used to getting yelled at by my teachers.

I brush my teeth and take my bag and go out the door. I ride my motorcycle to pops to pick my lunch like usual. When I enter the door the bell rings and that always catches everyone's attention. "Hey pop" I say. "Hey Jughead how are you?" Pop Tate says "glad it's Friday that's for sure, can I have my usual for school?" I ask. "Sure thing it will take 5 mins so why don't you take a seat?" He days and entered the kitchen.

I sit down on a stool and look around and I see a girl who looks around my age staring at me but once she noticed me looking back at her she rapidly looked away. She looked really weak and pale. When pop can back with my food I payed for it. "Hey pop who is that" I say to the blond looking out the window. "I don't know today was the first time I saw her" he says "she looks like she has nowhere to go or anything so can I pay for a meal for her?" I ask "sure thing Jughead what would you like her to order?" He asks. "Two burgers, fries and a strawberry milkshake" I say "that will be 4.50€" he says and I pay for it and leave to go to school.
