They can't know...

They can't know...

"They can't know!" Lucy yells, waking abruptly from her slumber.

She pants, looking around the dark room.

It had only been a dream.

Lucy lies back down, trying to get back to sleep.

"Lucy..." Someone whispers, shaking her.

She turns, barely making out Erza's figure in the darkness.

"What's wrong? Are you okay?"

Lucy nods.

"Y-yeah. Sorry." She whispers in reply.

No.

Something had been bothering her recently.

"Okay then. Get some sleep."

Lucy watches as Erza climbs back into the twin bed next to hers.

After the Grand Magic Games, the guild had decided to stay in Crocus for vacationing time.

That meant staying in shared hotel rooms.

Erza turns on her side, facing her back Lucy.

With a sigh, Lucy turns back around in hopes of drifting off to sleep.

Morning...
Lucy's POV

I open my eyes as Erza shakes me awake.

I sit up in my bed.

"Morning!" Natsu says.

"Good morning." I reply simply.

I pull away the covers, getting up.

"Ah, Lucy?" Gray asks.

I look to him.

"Hm?"

"What were you talking about in you're sleep?"

Crap!

I forgot Gray's a light sleeper.

"Oh, was I? I don't really remember."

"It was probably just some bad dream. Don't go making it all cryptic, Gray." Natsu answers.

"Aye!" Happy adds.

"You wanna go fire bastard?!"

"Hell yeah I do! Come at me, icy!"

Erza whacks them both over the head.

"Let Lucy get ready without interruptions so we can go walk around Crocus!"

I smirk, grabbing a change of clothes.

We all knew she wanted to go out looking for Crocus' signature cake.

I walk into the bathroom, flipping on the light and shutting the door.

It was time to change.

The day before, us Fairy Tail girls went on a shopping spree.

I put on my new crop top.

Who cares if I was paying full price for half a shirt?!

It was super cute!

It was apple green, with hot pink bubble letters spelling "Queen" on the front.

I pair it with a jean skirt and my usual black boots.

Well, and obviously my belt, which held my keys and whip.

I look at myself in the mirror, still missing something.

"Gate of the Crab, I open thee! Cancer!"

"Ebi." Cancer says as he appears.

"Can you fix my hair into a side ponytail?"

"Sure, ebi."

Cancer quickly gets to work.

When he's done, my hair's in a perfect ponytail.

"Thanks, Cancer!"

"No problem, ebi."

Cancer heads back to the Spirit World as I exit the bathroom.

"Ready!" I exclaim, a bright smile on my face.

I was trying to put last night behind me.

"Great, let's go." Erza says.
