One Simple Touch (Mia and Adam Fanfic)

CHAPTER TWO

Mia's pov

A few days has passed, I get to go home today. Adam has barely left my side. He's brought me gorgeous flowers and a stuffed monkey. Kim has visited me a few times but she's really busy with school and applying to schools. Gramps really wants me to move in with him. But I don't think I can do that. They probably won't let me out of their sight cause they're to worried to loose me again. I won't be able to see Adam if I live with them. And I don't mean this in a bad way but sometimes old people's houses smell bad. What gramps doesn't understand is that I'm old enough to take care of myself, and pretty soon I will be off to Juilliard anyway. I will be living in New York and sharing a house with Adam so I don't understand why I can't do that now.

Gramps and Adam both showed up at the time the nurse said I can go home. Oh no what if they make me chose.

"Hey! There's my little girl!" gramps shouted with excitement.

"Gramps I'm not a little girl anymore I can take care of myself." That came out a little worse than I intended.

"I know you can kiddo. So are you ready to go home with me?"

Shit. I'm going home with Adam not gramps.

"Yeah about that Gramps I'm going home with Adam. We are going to live together until we both move to New York for Juilliard." I said with a bit of nervousness in my voice.

"Oh don't be silly you coming to live with me and your grandmother not your boyfriend!" He was yelling now. He clearly wasn't happy with this.

Grams walked in and pulled my gramps away.

Adam and I drove to my house to pick up all the stuff and furniture. We can use the furniture for our house we are going to have in New York. Adams band could really use a new couch in their recording room.

It took a few trips to get everything out but we did it. We put the house up for sale and we got someone interested in it during the first few days it was for sale.

We went back to Adams place and started unpacking all my stuff. We put out some of the furniture and put a new bed in Me and Adams bedroom. After we got all settled in Adam ordered a pizza and we watched "The Vow" just cause I forced him too.

I woke up the next morning beside Adam. This was just perfect. I am truly the luckiest girl ever. I get to wake up every morning next to Adam. When I was daydreaming about how lucky I am I completely forgot about school.

I rushed out if bed and into the bathroom to so my hair And brush my teeth. I can't even try to hide my bruises and cuts with coverup cause it won't work. I rushed back to our room and slipped on my skinny jeans with a sweater. Winter sucks. I want shorts weather. I was drinking my coffee and eating my bagel when I saw Adam walk out and sit down beside me.

" Good morning gorgeous." He said then kissed me.

I handed him his coffee and breakfast than slipped on my boots and was about to leave but I had to go back and say bye first

"See ya after school!" I planted a kiss on his delicious lips and left for school
