Lune's POV:

"You have to go with your mate!" he looked at the ground.

"What? Why?" I asked.

"Listen, I am so sorry that I cannot protect you from him. But, you know that keeping some other alpha's mate in our pack will be against the rules."

"Just to be clear, you have nothing to protect her from!" Said Mike and I wanted to kill him with every nerve in my body.

"Wait... What mate? Honey, what is going on?" asked my confused mother.

"Mom, the alpha of the pack that killed my father and caused this," I gestured to my sister, "is my mate!"

"Oh!" she sounded dumbfounded. Like she did not know whether to be happy that I finally found my mate or to reject him because he killed her mate.

"Anyways, I am not going anywhere with you!" I said looking him in the eye.

" You have to come with me, you have no other choice." He said through his emotionless face.

"I reject you! I don't want to be with you! Just leave me alone and go to that bitch you were with that day!" I said jealousy finally getting the best of me.

"NO!" screamed my mother before he could say anything, "No, you cannot do that! You and I both know why you absolutely cannot do that," walked towards me and held my hands in hers. I gave Mike a glance to see him confused as to why I cannot do it but he quickly masked it with the cold eyes he is always wearing.

"Mom, whenever I look at him I see my father's killer. I cannot betray my dad like that. Ever!" I shook my head and tried my best not to cry.

"You will go with him! That is the best thing for you. And you will not betray your father; on the opposite darling he would never want you to reject your mate. Only god knows how much we've all looked for him." She tried to convince me.

"I would never go and leave you alone. None of you can defend yourselves. After dad, protecting you is my responsibility." My mother was never one to attend fight class or even attempt to learn it and neither was Loren. Sure enough, my dad used to always train Loren a little but she could barely protect herself because like mom she was never interested. When it comes to Lucy she has learned whatever her 10-year-old body could learn.

"You have no choice and you know it!" she said and I totally agreed. I needed him. He was my only savior.

"Fine, but at one condition." I looked at him.

"Anything I can do," He said.

"My family is coming with me!" I stated.

"Of course, I would love to have them as our new pack members." He attempted a very tiny little smile towards my mother, suck up I thought.

"Fine then, I will go with you. You go now and I'll come once my sister is awake." I tried to extent my stay here but he quickly said, "I have a hospital ward in my pack house too, I'll get the ambulance to take her there, but we are going today as soon as you finish packing!" he insisted.

I sighed and decided that there was no point in arguing with him so I told mom to accompany me to our house to pack our things before we get going.

First, we went to find Lucy and tell her that I found my mate and that we were moving in to his house to live there. If I tell you she wasn't happy to leave her friends that would be an understatement. She threw a tantrum and talked about how she loved her friends and wouldn't leave them through her cries.
