Chapter 1
"How much did you spend on that?" I asked as Bella was holding up her expensive purse she bought, so everyone could see it.
"I spent £645 on it," she said and smiled.
"And how exactly did you get all of that money?" Sydney asked Bella folding her arms.
"My dad bought it for me, duh." Bella flips her back over her shoulder. I wonder what goes on through her head, she must think she is the most important person in the universe.
"Of course," I said and rolled my eyes. I wonder why I even became friends with her in the first place. When we first met she was so nice to me, but now she just changed into a total brat.
"So, do guys want to order anything, or?" Anna asked.
"Uck! Are you kidding me? The food here is totally disgusting and greasy! That's why I hate going to Nando's!" Bella said.
"Well then why are we here in the first place?" Melanie spoke up.
"Because I needed some place to sit down," Bella said and folded her arms. I rolled my eyes once again.
"Well, we're going to have to order something eventually, or they'll kick us out," I said and she gives me a glare.
It was really quiet for the next couple of minutes until we heard someone yell.
"Oh my God, it's One Direction!"
It turned around and there were possibly the most hottest guys in the entire world standing on the other side of the restaurant. I felt so excited and was screaming my heart out on the inside. I turned back to the girls.
"Oh my God, do you want to go talk to them?" Melanie whispered to us and they all nodded except for me.
"How about we wait. They seem really busy right now," I said and turned back to the five hottest guys again. There were about 8 fangirls screaming and talking to them.
"Whatever! I'm going now, alone, I don't want you people to ruin any of my chances with Louis," Bella said and got up. She walked all the way over there, trying to act all sweet, that was until she pushed the other girls out of the way to Louis.
It angered me how she claimed to love Louis more than me when she can't even pronounce his name right. I've told her a million times, "It's Loo-ee, not Loo-is!" And she would say, "No, you're wrong! It's Loo-is, don't try to correct me!" I can just imagine Louis laughing at her because she called him Loo-is.
I watched her as she twisted a piece of her hair around her finger and laughed at something Louis said. She thinks she's so cool, but she's not.
They continued to talk for about 30 more seconds and occasionally Louis gave her a weird look.
He waved awkwardly and said, "Goodbye!" as Bella smiled and said goodbye too.
"Oh, might as well give up now Jaide, it's obvious he likes me!" she said as she sat down.
"Yeah, obvious," I said sarcastically and rolled my eyes.
She was about to open her mouth to say something snotty back but a noise stopped her.
BEEP. BEEP. BEEEEEEEP.
This lasted for about 5 seconds before someone on a speaker came on.
"It has been reported that a man with a gun is on this street. Because of this predicament, we must preform an emergency lockdown. You will all be escorted to a room in the meantime."
I started to panic, someone has a gun on this exact street. What if they come in here and start shooting? What if the person with the gun is in here right now?
The doors were automatically locked and a large man came out, probably the manager.
"Please come this way," he said and everyone started following him, even One Direction.
