Gradually Falling

You

I am welcomed with a strong embraced.

"Oh my god! I miss you so much!!" Nathalie squealed.

 I reply her with a weak smile. "I miss you" I kiss her cheek.She free me with her strong engulfed and look at my face.

 "Its seems that you don't miss me" she said with a puppy eyes. I shook my head."Why is the long face?" she asked.

  I had small pause before asking "Am I the most dumbest and clumsiet person alive?".Her eyes went big " Oh yes,yes honey yes you are, I'm so happy for you that you finally realize" she put her hands on her heart and pretends to wipe a fake tear. I hit her shoulder "You're bad. Let's go to your room and I have something to tell you".Entering her house, which is designed with beautiful interior ,white caramel walls with pictures hanging perfectly, and carpeted floor ,beautiful ceiling and fancy furniture.Her home is also my home,well my second home.

 Since that Drew is not here for a while ,we will just occupy our time chit chatting. Drew said that he will just getting his things.

   I told her the incident I encounter at the school earlier and the gummy bear fiasco.And she told me about her mini vacation at Italy for 5 days.She went to visit her grandparents whose celebrating there 50th wedding anniversary. Before she went to Italy with her parents she told me that she will be gone for 10 days but her parents has a business here, her parents attend an important event so that they went home early so her parents can attend the event.

"You know what? I think you just hate him he have the gummy bear" Nathalie blurted.

"Yeah but he is so full of himself"

"Yah,yah,yah,blah,blah". Her phone chimed. "Message coming through".She open her phone and read the message."They should be here any second"

"They?, any second" I asked

"I dunno " she shrugged her shoulder.She was about to show me the the text at her phone but we are interrupted by a series of knocking on the door

"Arrange the couch and put the popcorn in the microwave oven" she said while getting the door. Instead of following her command I rush to the window and pick outside. Its already dark outside the only source of light is the moonlit and the post from street nearby .I saw Drew's car and nothing else ,Drew is already inside putting his things in the living room. He has a lot of things that he brought, seriously is he moving in? Following Drew in the living room, he has no other company .Curious ,I walk beside his bag ,tempted to open one; hoping for a food.

He shoots daggers at me and he points at his bag "Don't open that".

 I nod my head ,understandly.I jumped on the couch and the get remote and flip to different channels to find a good movie. I can hear Nathalie and Drew talking in the kitchen. But a few moments later, Nathalie came with a bowl of caramel glazed popcorn and flop in the sit beside me. Luckily , I found a movie,my favorite movie .Drew's  yelling boomed from the kitchen, he is talking to his phone.

"Yeah ,yeah I'm coming!" he exclaimed." Its not my fault!" he continued. He paused for a second, listening to the other line's feedback." My god!!Google map is invented bro! You're not using your brain!" then he shuffled his hair with his fingers.

I was there watching him dumbfounded while Nathalie saviors her popcorn. Then Drew stomped to the front door. Nathalie looked at me and shrug he followed Drew's steps.

I heard the front door opens and Drew yell to whomever the visitor is "Bro, you're so naive". Then I heard a low chuckle and I heard a familiar voice "Bro, you know I'm still adjusting. Then curiosity hits me, I followed them in the front steps .I saw a man holding a bag. As I take step closer, the clearer I see. He is facing Drew so he is facing me backwards, all I can see is his back, he is wearing a navy blue shirt that made his muscular figure more visible. But my phone rang from the living room ,that made the three of them turn their heads in my directon.

"Oh ,hey Bre!" Nathalie said with a wide grin.

But my attention is in the guy in front of me. He is like model that cover model of the magazines and he is the perfect description of perfection and beauty. He has a perfectly sculpted jaw and a skin with a warm, golden-brown tint and he has a twinkling gorgeous grey eyes. He has an untamed brunette hair that looks like he brushed it his finger which its make look  more attractive.

"Done checking me out sweetheart?" he asked with a big smirk.

"Hey! You..you are the arrogant guy grocery! I snapped.

"You know each other?!" Nathalie and Drew said in unison. But none of us look at them." Is he the guy?!" Nathalie continued.

"And you are Ms. Mister that's mine" he mock my tone

"Who are you? What are you doing here? You're not even invited" I exclaimed.

"I'm Andrew's brother and he told me to come" he looked at Drew

I follow his gaze I glared at Drew knowing that he doesn't have any siblings. " Sort of" he replied with a shrug and sheepish smile.

Then I looked at Nathalie asking for back up. " He is also a friend of a friend" she with a smile ."The more the merrier " she added.

" You know I'm done here. Let's continue this next time' I said while stomping across the room and get my phone. But my phone ring. I didn't bother to look at the callers id and answer the call.

"Hello?"

"Hey honey, I'm not coming home tonight. Your brother is already at your aunts house. We have an emergency here. Have fun at Nathalie's ,okay? Take care. I love you" I can hear that he is being called at the background..

"Love you too dad" I reply with a deeply sigh. And ended the call.

I guess its up to me now
