I walked downstairs and saw Tony sitting there still drinking and going over some plans. I sit down on the couch and take my pocket watch out. To see the first love of my life. We never got the chance to go out but I did love her.
"I know this is hard for you but she would want you to be happy and move on".
"I know but I don't think I'm good enough for her. She's basically your level of genius and I'm not her level of smart".
"That doesn't matter to her. Have you seen the way she looks at you like she adores the ground you walk on. You both have that small town growing up thing. You should kiss her and ask her out".
"Maybe I haven't been on a date in sooo many years".
"Hasn't changed all that much cap".
"I know. I'll think about it".
"Alright but don't expect that girl to stay single for long she's a real catch".

I walk to the gym downstairs and set up a punching bag and I start punching it softly.
