Uris a divergent fan fiction :)

Chapter 1

Tris POV

I guess it's tradition now that every day Tobias will bring me lunch on my break at the tattoo shop but for the last week he has been forgetting, I keep asking him why but he keeps either changing the subject or comes up with an excuse

Today I asked tori if I could leave early to confront Tobias about this situation.
As I approach the apartment door I hear the distant sound of moaning coming from inside the apartment, I open the door slowly making sure it doesn't squeak and I make my way to our bedroom, the closer I get the louder the moaning gets, I bust through the door to see Tobias topless with a naked Marlene on top of him.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING HERE!" I yell and I'm pretty sure the whole of dauntless can hear me,
"I-I can explain," Tobias says as Marlene slowly gets off of him
"D-Don't," I stutter trying not to let the tears fall to the ground "we're done, you can go have fun with your slutty side hoe!" I say except my voice is stronger and not shaky
I walk out of the apartment and make my way to Uriah's place, I start to walk faster then I end up running, when I arrive I knock on the door and he opens the door seconds after.
"Tris, what the hell is wrong!" Uriah says worried, it wasn't until then when I realized I had been crying
"T-T-Tobias cheated on m-me with M-Marlene," I stutter once again
"WHATTT!" Uriah basically screams
"Yeah," I say quietly, I can barely hear myself
After a while of me standing in the doorway Uriah breaks the silence
"Come in," he says softly, I enter and as I walk into the living room Uriah comes up behind me and wraps his muscular arms around my waist, at first I'm a bit unsure but then I settle into the hug we stand there for about 5 minutes before he picks me up and walks over to the couch and puts me down then he proceeds to sit next to me.
"Do you want to watch a movie?" Uriah asks thoughtfully
"Yes please, can we watch the hunger games?" I say quietly
"Sure," Uriah says as he grabs the remote and selects the hunger games.

Uriah POV

As the credits role past I look over at tris to see she's fallen asleep, I pick her up bridal style and take her to my bedroom, I lay her down and pull the covers over her.
I begin to walk out of the room to sleep on the couch when I here tris' voice from behind me.
"Stay.....please,"
"Of course," I say, happily but I try to hide my joy,
You see, ever since I saw tris jump first at initiation I liked her, she is perfect, her hair that perfectly shines in the light, her crystal blue eyes, her body shape, her bravery, her amazing personality and just everything but I never had a chance with her so I went with Marlene instead
"Thank you hehe," tris says with laughter in her voice.
I turn around and my cheeks turn a dark shade of pink as I look down embarrassed
"I said that out loud didn't I?" I say
"Haha yeah you did," Tris says
"But the truth is I like you to, you are just to nice so I didn't try to get with you," Tris admits
"Okie dokie :)," I say stupidly
"Well I'm tired so goodnight," tris says
"Goodnight," I say
I take off my shirt and get into bed.

Tris POV

I wake up to see Uriah looking down at me with his beautiful brown eyes that I could look at for hours without getting
bored.
"Hi, how are you feeling ?" Uriah asks
"Yeah, better, I still feel like crap though," I reply
"Well it's 10.00 so do you want to go the the pit to have breakfast?" He asks
"Sure," I say as item out of bed and walk into the living room with Uriah following behind.
I put on my shoes and I'm about to open the front door when I realize Uriah is still shirtless.
"Uriah.........shirt," I say like I'm talking to a 5 year old
"ooooooohhhhhhhhh righttttttt," Uriah says, he runs into the bedroom and comes out 1 minute later struggling to get his shirt over his head.
"Ummmmmm, I think need some help," he says
"Yeah some mental help," I say quietly
"What was that?" He says
"Nothinggggggg," I laugh by now he has his shirt on and we walk out of the apartment.
"Do you want to move in with me?" Uriah says in a worried voice , "I only ask because ya know you probably don't want to live with Tobias anymore," he says
" yeah sure, can we go get my stuff from his apartment before we get breakfast?" I ask
"Of course," Uriah replies

I'm walking down the hall to get to the 'his' apartment when I see Tobias walking towards me.
"Shit," I say to Uriah
"Don't worry," Uriah says

"Tris....we need to talk," Tobias says
"No we don't no leave me alone," I reply
"Wait why did you come out of Uriah's apartment?" Tobias asks
"Because I live with him now, ya know since I can't live with someone who cheats on me and I don't have my own apartment," I say
"Wait you two live together now?!" He says with a panicked voice
"Yeh but you threw our relationship out so why does it matter to you?" I say with a bit of sass " anyways I need to get my stuff from your apartment so if you would kindly open the door, I won't take long,"

Tobias doesn't respond he just walks down the hall to his apartment and opens the door, watches us walk into his house and then follows us in.
I don't take long, I grab my clothes in the closet and all my things in the room then grab Uriah and leave, almost in tears as I left all my things Tobias had given in the room.
" are you ok?" Uriah asks as we walk back to now our apartment
"Yeah, yeah I'm fine," I reply "can we just have breakfast at your apartment?"
"Yeh sure," Uriah says

                                                                                          THAT EVENING

I'm siting on the couch as Uriah approaches me holding something behind his back, he sits down and pulls a chocolate cake from behind his back.
"Yayyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!" I scream happy for cake,
We dig in, I eat 2 slices and Uriah eats the rest, I don't know how but somehow he can eat almost an entire cake and still have rock hard abs, he really is perfect..........

Yay I hope you enjoyed my first chapter, I will be posting more hopefully soon and I'm also writing an lgbtq story about 2 girls who meet at a school camp and fall in love. I will try post the first chapter of that tomorrow :)
