After that he took her to his room for a suposed 'Lesson' but in reality he is actually protecting her from them.
He helps her change and was about to lay on the floor but Elizabeth whimpers "Can you sleep with me... I'm scared.." Meliodas was shocked but got up and lay down in bed. She latched onto him asleep.
