"YES, Maelee Richards." Bungad ni Bianca. "Brynn, she's trying to seduce your brother and there's nothing I can do. I was just looking out for him for you." Pahayag pa nito na may pag-iyak pa. Tumaas ang kilay ni Brynn ngunit nakinig lang sa pagsassalita nito.

Lingid sa kaalaman ni Bianca, kilala na ni Brynn kung sino si Maelee at kahit na hindi pa nito kilala ang dalaga, hindi na siya padadala pa kay Bianca. Minsan siyang napagtaasan ng ina ng boses sa paraang ayaw na niyang marinig o maranasan pa. Once is enough.

Minsan ng napaglaruan ni Bianca ang isip niya, yun ay nung nakagalitan siya ng kanyang Mommy sa opisina ng Tita Erica niya, hindi na yun mauulit. Once is enough.

Alam naman niya na bata pa lang sila ay may gusto na itong si Bianca sa kapatid niya, kung bakit naman kasi nakalimutan niya ang parteng yun.

Kaya nga tinatarayan niya ang lahat ng mga babaeng napapalapit sa kakambal lalo pa't arms length lang si Bianca dahil ayaw niya sa dalaga. Not to be discriminative against her, Brynn doesn't like her kind for her twin. Masyado siyang... hindi mahanap ni Brynn ang tamang salita para kay Bianca.

Hinarap niya ang dalaga at sinabihan na bumalik na ito sa opisina nito at siya na ang bahala sa kambal at sa babaeng sinasabi nito. Pinataray niya ang kanyang mukha para maniwala ito. Bianca nodded then wiped her tears away and walk back to her office with a "triumphant smile" on her face.

Brynn got a glimpse of that smile, she grinned inwardly. She somewhat felt that there's more to the story than Bianca is leading her on. Or if she's not mistaken, Bianca just made it all up.

After Brynn found out who the new employee was, she vowed to correct her mistake. She knew Maelee Richards, somewhat knew this girl, the triplet ganged up on introducing Maelee to her through google, other social media which are not usually viewed by all.

She turned around and left to go to her brother's office to wait there for him. That's when something had triggered in her memory. She now remembered that Maelee actually went to the same university as she did. She was graduating in college then when Maelee was an incoming freshman at fourteen.

She came back to the university to get a few more classes to add under her sleeves. She had heard a lot about this girl but did not bother to see how she looked. All she knew is that this girl is at the top of her class since God knows when, because according to the stories circulating around the campus, both younger sister and older brother are equally intelligent and talented, one is intimidating and the other is aloof to a point, both are both good looking and head turners.

Pinamulahan ng pisngi si Brynn sa kanyang naisip tungkol kay Aldrin. Well, he's a good looking and very irresistible man, and a good kisser, too. Napapikit siya ng madiin. Damn you, Aldrin.

"Brynn, why are you here?" Nagulat ang Tita Erica niya ng pumasok ito sa opisina ni Ethan para magdala ng mga papeles na kailangan nitong pirmahan.

"Hi, Tita. I am waiting for Kuya Knight." Magiliw niyang sagot sa tiyahin. At dahil palagi siyang nandito kahit na noon pa man ay hindi binigyan ni Erica ng kahit na anong ibig sabihin. Wala din naman sinabi na kakaiba ang tiyahin kaya hindi na rin siya nagpaliwanag ng iba pang detalye.

"Ethan left to the Makati office with your Mom not too long ago." Nakaramdam ng pagkadismaya si Brynn, pero hindi rin naman niya masisisi ang kapatid na hindi siya hinintay dahil hindi naman nito alam na pupuntahan niya.

" Okay, Tita. I'll just go. Baka nga busy si Kuya since he's with Mom." Matamis siyang ngumiti. Ngumiti din si Erica sa kanya.

"Come on, I'll walk you out." Sabi naman nito.
