*Hailey P.O.V*
As we got out of our taxi we bade the taxi driver and went in the hotel. Alex and I went up to the receptionist who was apparently a girl about my age with face caked with makeup. I smirked. Attention whore. "We would like a room please for two nights," Alex said pulling out his wallet. The receptionist, Jessica, flirted with him as she keyed in some things in her computer. She handed him our room key and a piece of paper.
Curiously I snatched the paoer from his hands and saw it was her number. I smiled sweetly before tearing it to pieces. She looked at me shocked. "You're here to work not to screw the residents. Makeup only covers your face not your personality, " I said. "Preach it sister! " yelled a girl walking past us.
I looked at Alex who was picking up the remains of the paper. I was confused. When he got all the pieces he threw them into the rubbish bin. "That rubbish should not be the reason of global warming," he said smirking. I smiled as he grabbed me by the waist and we went up to our room.
*In the room*
We walked in and it was a pretty decent room. 1 bathroom, 1 bed and 1 kitchen. "Were you jealous when yhe girl gave me her phone number?" Alex asked wiggling his eyebrows. I rolled my eyes and scoffef. "We aren't here to date. Besides you could do better than that," i answered back pulling out my stuff from my suitcase. "Yeah you're right. But the person who is best for me doesn't see that," he said looking down. I blushed knowing who that was for.
