Your POV
I sat in the dining hall. We'd only been here a few days and already I hated everyone... Well everyone except him.

Almost on que he walked in, green hair and beautiful eyes. I watched him and blushed. I wanted more than anything to go up and talk to him but.. I couldn't. He probably didnt even know I existed.

He grabbed his food and looked around the table, everyone chatting with their respective friends. I sighed and looked to my food, playing and twisting the noodles around my fork. Suddenly the empty seat next to me was filled. I looked up to see bright eyes and a smile.

"Hey. (F/N) right?" I nodded swallowing. "Y-Yea... Rantaro right?" "Thats me! Why are you sitting alone?" I looked around me confused, the table was full. "I-im not alone." He chuckled and shook his head. "Let me try again. Why aren't you talking to anyone?"

"Oh..." I mumbled. "I-Im a little shy..." He took a bite of an apple and looked back over to me. "Well we can fix that! Id like to be your friend (F/N)." I blushed and sucked in my lip. "Okay... Yea I'd like that!" He flashed his comforting smile at me. "Awesome."

That was a few weeks ago.  Now I sat on the steps of the courtyard sharing one of our many inside jokes, unable to wipe the grin off my face. Ill admit at first I thought he wouldnt follow through but every morning after the regular announcement he was at my door. I mean I wasn't complaining... And I had to admit id developed a small crush on the boy over our time together. But I was pretty sure he just wanted to be friends and I was okay with that.

I was shaken from my thoughts as Miu approached us. "Hey could you guys stop fucking for a minute so I can steal (N/N)?" I blushed. Miu had also become my friend and although she had said these things before I told her about my crush. But now... Lets just say she wasnt a good wingman. I shook myself from my thoughts at the sound of Amamis voice. "Sure. Just bring her back when your done. I kinda like hanging out with her." I blushed at his comment and got up following Miu.

As soon as we got into her lab she turned to me and smacked the back of my head. "Why wont you kiss him dumbass!?" My face turned pink as I looked at the floor. "I-I want too but I just..." "just what!? Do it bitch!" I bit my lip and looked to her. "What if he freaks out... And he doesnt like me back. Oh my god what if he pukes! What if im so incredibly disgusting that he puke-" I was interrupted by Miu hitting the back of my head again. "He wont puke! Go!" I groaned in annoyance and walked to the door.

As I opened it I saw Rantaro... just standing there. I gasped and he looked at me with a little smirk. "You wanna kiss me huh?" I looked back to Miu for help but she was slowly backing out the back door. "Yes she does you Avacado idiot!" And with that she took her last step out of the door and shut it. I blinked and turned my head back. "Y-Yea I kinda do... I mean if you want or-" I was cut of with a finger tilting my chin up. He tucked some hair behind my ear. "Id love to. And I wont puke either." He teased and I blushed. "Sh-Shut up!" He chuckled and pulled my chin up. "Gladly." And with that I closed my eyes as I felt his warm pink ones on my own.
