"Thank you so much for coming." Velvet said as she pulled Yang in for a hug.
The blonde laughed. "I wouldn't miss this for the world."
"I just... I know a lots been happening. Ruby isn't doing so well, and you've been having issues." The chocolate haired girl muttered. "It means so much to have you here..."
"Well, we all need a little more happiness right now." Yang replied softly. "And this is just the right amount."
The woman in the white dress tightened her grip in the hug. "Thank you."
"Where's Coco?" Blake asked politely. "I wanted a chance to meet her before the ceremony."
Velvet chuckled to herself. "Probably just sitting out in the other room waiting for everything to stop. She's always been more collected than me."
"I can't do this!"
"Coco, sit your ass down!" Nora shouted, trying to get her out of the window without messing up her suit. "Get down you bitch!"
"Nora, be careful!" Ruby cried, attempting to keep them both from falling.
"This isn't happening today! We can replan with a smaller crowd!"
"You model clothes in front of hundreds of people all the time! How is this hard for you?" The girl with red tips asked.
Coco continued to struggle as she was pulled out of the window. "That has nothing to do with my personal life!"
Nora muttered under her breath as she closed the glass pane and tossed Coco onto the couch.
"You need to cool it." Ruby said firmly. "You're getting married today. Your girlfriend is in the next room waiting to be your wife. Some people would give their right tit for that opportunity."
The brunette frowned for a moment, then took a deep breath. "Right. This is the best day of my life. Not an invasion of privacy at all."
"Exactly!" Nora cheered. "And if you start feeling nervous again, just remember that you're about to have the hottest wife in the room."
Coco smiled smugly over at the ginger. "You're god damn right about that."
"See, you're fine." Ruby assured.
"Yeah yeah, whatever. Now get out of here so I can finish getting ready." She laughed.
Nora raised a brow at her for a second. "You gonna try and escape again?"
"Screw you, you ginger bitch."
"Fine, the point has been made, we're going." The barista in the pink dress replied, walking out with Ruby.
The girl with red tips looking around, quickly spotting Yang and Blake finding their seats by the front of the chapel.
"Hey there, sis." She said, taking Yang into her arms for a hug.
The blonde smiled softly, rapping her arm around Ruby. "Hey. You alright?"
"I'm fine. I miss her... but she'd probably slap me for letting her hold me back." The girl chuckled.
Yang smirked to herself, guiding her sister to their seats just as the ceremony began.
Coco made her way to the front, clad in a perfect dark brown suit that complemented her hair and skin tone. For many, this was the first time they'd seen her without sunglasses on.
As the music started up, everyone looked to see Velvet slowly walking down the aisle, arm in arm with her father. The simple cut white dress practically glowed in the natural light from the windows around the chapel.
When she finally made it up and the musical faded out, the look of pure love in Velvet's eyes and the tears of happiness forming in Coco's showed everyone why they needed to be here today. Everyone should see that look from the outside at least once, and everyone needed to feel it one day.
Yang heard a quiet shuffling and felt Blake's hand rest over her own, gently holding it as vows were exchanged. The blonde knew she'd have that look of pure love in her eyes one day. Maybe not now, but someday.
"Coco Adel. Do you take Velvet Scarlatina to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
The fashion designer and model that was freaking out before stood there as a young woman that wanted to be nowhere else in the world. "I do."
"And do you, Velvet Scarlatina, take Coco Ad~?"
"I do, I do!" Velvet cried, tears falling from her eyes as she pulled Coco in for a passionate kiss.
The chapel erupted into cheers and clapping as the two held on close. When the bouquet was thrown and everyone dove to get it, it landed in the lap of a small woman in a red dress.
Ruby looked down at the flowers in her lap and after getting over he shock, smiled softly to herself. "I'm gonna need to tell Weissy."
And then the party started up. Everyone made their way over to a ballroom type of building where food and tables were all around, music playing over everything.
Coco watched from the side as Velvet danced with her father in the crowd, a smirk plastered on her face.
"What's with that face?" Yang asked as she walked over.
Coco didn't turn to look at the blonde, but her smirk broke into a smile. "That ass is mine forever."
"Don't let Mr Scarlatina hear that." The girl laughed. "He'd crew you up for sure."
"Nah, he loves me." The brunette said, watching her wife dancing. "So what's the story with the pale girl you came in with?"
Yang raised a brow. "Blake?"
Coco turned to look over at her. "That her name? Are you two..?"
"Umm... yeah, we're dating." The blonde replied.
"Dating. Never thought I'd hear you say that." She laughed.
"Yeah, I'm trying to change a little." Yang explained, rubbing the back of her neck. "Be a little bit of a be~"
"Yang!"
The blonde turned to see her sister running towards her, eyes wide in shock.
"I just got a call! Weiss woke up!"
