"Are you sure you don't want me drop you Ave?"Dave asked.
"Nope,it's okay.You have to attend to your gran " I said "besides, it's just around the corner."
"Okay, if you say so. Be safe, see you tomorrow "Dave said kissing me on the forehead.
"Whatever,bye".
When he left,I flagged down a cab and hopped in.
"Where to, ma'am? " I was about to say my address but decided to head straight to the gym instead,hopeful that I could get there and finish on time before Mr. rude arrived.
"The shore health club"
"Okay ma'am"
I arrived at the gym ten minutes later and went in after paying the cab man".
"Okay Ava ,it's 3:45, by 4:20 ,you should be out of this place" I said to myself while picking up one of the yoga mats and laying it on the treadmill .I pulled Mr.green,my stuffed bear,to use as my pillow and grabbed my bacon sandwich from my bag along with my new book, Alice in the wonderland. Before I knew it, I became Alice and dozed off into wonderland.
I opened my eyes slowly and turned only for my face to collide with a cold marble floor. "Where am I?"
"You know,there's a reason why they call it a treadmill and not a bed?"A deep voice said with amusement.
I just rolled my eyes. But instead of them making a 360. They stopped at a 270 once they set on him.he was now standing above of me,shirtless!.arrg sweat trickled down his 8 packs.
"I see you've gone mute again"he said looking down at me "My eyes are up here Mrs clumsy"I looked away in embarrassment.
"Eww,get away from me,you're all sweaty" I said attempting to get up. He laughed and believe me it was the sweetest sound I had ever heard.
"Fine, I was gonna help you again but if you insist,I'd just be over there" he said retreating and going back to lift some more weights.I quickly looked away to avoid distractions and checked the time.what?!.
"6:30?!,why didn't you wake me up?"I asked him,angrily.
"Well, I didn't want to disturb you.you had a cute look on your face,dreaming about chicken"I felt something in my stomach. must be the bacon I ate. right?.
"Ugh my mom's going to be so worried" I quickly grabbed my things and left the gym.

"Avelyn Rose Samuels!,what's all this mess?"my mum walked in to me throwing things around my room.But I was too worried to even glance at her.
"Mr.Green Mom!, I'm looking for Mr Green!"
"I don't know where your stuffed animal is,
But what I do know, is that David is going to be here in five minutes so you better hurry up" My mum said causing my eyes to widen.
"David! Oh my gosh, Dave is going to kill me!!!".
"You know what, I'd help you look for it, just get ready Okay?"
"Okay,thanks mum"
When Dave arrived, I slowly walked to the car while Dave came out and hugged me.
"Hey Av."
"Hi-i D-ave" I stuttered while David entered the car and I followed suite.
"Av is everything okay?, you're stuttering."Dave looked at me with a concerned smile.
"Of course everything is okay, pfft why won't everything be okay?, everything is 'fluffy'" I said and Dave looked at me quizzingly but didn't push it.
When we arrived at school ,I quickly sprinted into school,leaving Dave behind. I was determined to avoid him for the whole day until I found Mr Green.
Once the bell rang for lunch , I left for the gym ,telling Kayla and Amber not to wait up for me.
I got down the from the cab and entered the gym, ignoring the curious stare from Mr. Rude, who had earphones in his ears.
"Where is it ?" I whispered to myself,searching for it.
Once my eyes landed towards where Mr.Rude was seated , I looked up to see him staring at me with his eyebrow raised.
"What?"I asked.
"Aren't you supposed to be in school or something?"
"Yes 'mom' " I said,causing him to roll his eyes."This is my lunch break besides,I'm looking for something".
"Which is?"he asked and I couldn't answer. I wondered what he would think of me if I told him I was looking for a stuffed animal.
"Oh pfft,nothing really. Just a gift, no big deal. Besides, I need to get back to school, my lunch break is already over, bye!" with that I scurried out and back to school.
The bell rang. Signalling the end of school, and I went outside looking for a cab. Dave was supposed to be my ride home, but since I was kinda avoiding him, I decided to go home by myself.
"Ava?" A voice said from behind me and i stiffened "what are you doing?"
"Hi-i, Dave, nothing just trying to call a cab, I guess" I said turning around to face him.
"But you're supposed to go with me.Come on, get in the car" he said, dragging me to his car. We both entered and Dave turned to me while I just stared at the windshield.
"Okay, talk. Why have you been avoiding me" he said,facing me.
"Pfft me?,you?,avoid?"I laughed nervously.
"You're fidgeting. You fidget when you're hiding something or you're nervous."he stated. I hated how open I was.
"Fine" How was I going to tell him that I lost the stuffed animal that he gave me for our friendship anniversary?.
"Ilostmrgreenei'msosososososososorrrrrypleasedon'tbemad"i said very fast,earning me a confused look.
"What?"He asked and I sighed.
"I lost Mr Green. I'm so sorry,pls don't be mad." I said,covering my eyes as a tear slipped while Dave just looked at me in disbelief,then burst into laughter and stopped when he saw the tear on my cheek.
"Hey, look at me"he said tilting my chin to look at him " I'm not mad because of some stuffed animal."
"But I thought it was important. "
"Well it was, a little,since you loved it so much. But I can never hate you because of it. We can always find it together,if you want?"he said and I nodded.
"Please don't ever avoid me because of something like that ever again.If you have a problem,we can always solve it. Together".he said and I nodded,wiping my tears.
"Come here" he engulfed me in a hug "you're so cute and funny"he pinched my cheek and I swatted his hand away.
"Now,Where was the last place you saw or used it?"
"The gym."
"The gym?"he asked,amused.
"Yes.it's not like I was using it to sleep on the treadmills"i said and he chuckled.
"Okay okay,whatever you say. Let's go there" he drove out of the car park and to the gym.
