Your POV
I lazily open my eyes and look around my old rusty jail cell.
wham!
The door slams open and I jump a bit from my position.
"get up"
"You just got sold off to the Kou empire's slave company" the man said. (I don't know what else to call it)
I stare at him in shock.
"you heard me, get up!"
He grabs my arm pulling me up then attaching chains to the collars on my wrists.
"God" he mutters silently.
The man walks out of my cell the place holding the chains attached to my wrist, I follow him up the stairs leaving the one place I called home and selling me off to this so called kou empire . The man gives my chain to young but scary looking man with a scar across his right side of his facethen whispers something to him quiet enough that I didn't catch it.
The scary man brings me to a large ship filled with other slaves that I suppose were sold off to someplace.
"Sit and don't try anything funny" he viciously said.
'Yeah like I won't try to jump off this boat and swim away with these chains sinking and pulling me to the depths of the ocean where I would drown' I thought.
"Yes sir" I mutter weakly.
"That's what I thought, now stay put" he said in a cold voice.
I sit and wait here on this ship then out of now were a girl with short orange hair about my age approaches me.
"Hello there what's your name? Mines Pamela, Pam for short"
I ignore her hoping that she would go away.
"Hey I'm talking to you" she said as she poked my forehead.
I turn away but crawls in front of me so that we are face to face.
"I asked you a question that needs an answer"
"WHAT IS YOUR NAME?" She says loudly
Sheesh she says it like she's taking to a brat.
"Shush your mouth going to attract attention" I whispered covering her mouth.
She pries my hand off her mouth.
"So you can talk" Pam says.
"Of course I can talk" I reply.
"What's your name then" she asks once again.
"My name is (y/n)" I said.
"Enough with question's we're going to set sail soon"
"OK" Pam says with her hands up.
With that being said that ship went to the open sea heading to the Kou Empire.
