The night air was cool against my skin, the moon ten times larger than I'd ever seen it. I closed my eyes, letting myself relax for what felt like the first time in forever.

The sounds of fish popping up to the surface of the lake infront of me occasional, adding to the nature around me.
"Y/n..." I opened my eyes, hearing my name as a whisper in the wind. "Y/n." This time it was louder, more solid. The scenery around me began to fade, leaving a pit in my stomach...

I opened my eyes just as I felt the weight of my brothers body slam ontop of me. My top jolted forward, sounding out a forced coughed.
"Ahh, y/n. It's time to wake up!" He gave me a cheeky smile, crawling off of me. I laid back, rubbing my now sore stomach.

He spun and looked at me with a smile as he reached the door. "Breakfast will be ready in ten minutes! Hurry, or I'll eat it all!" With that, he left in a flash, shutting my door. I let out a sigh, climbing from bed to go get ready for school.

I made my way downstairs, the smell of burning food clouding the air. I stopped, sniffing the air.
"Oh, darn it!" I smiled, making my way into the kitchen. Jimin was standing over the stove, trying to cook eggs, while smoke rose from the toaster.

I walked over to him, popping the charred toast out of the toaster. "Are you trying to start a fire?" He sighed, turning the burner off. I looked over and saw the catastrophe that was supposed to be scrambled eggs. They were also charred.
"Breakfast is ready." He said looking at me with a big smile.

"I don't think this is safe for human consumption. You burnt all of the nutrients out of it." I said handing him a piece of toast. He let out another sigh, tossing it into the trash.

"I'm sorry..." I rolled my eyes, grabbing the skillet. "You go and get dressed. I'll make breakfast." He looked up, his sad demeanor changing to a happy one.
"Ahh, I love you y/n!" He leapt forward, wrapping me into a tight hug; Our cheeks smashing against one another.

He let go, turning and walking upstairs to get ready. I normally cooked all the meals around the house, since he had not the slightest idea of what to do in the kitchen.

Every morning, I'd wake up early to make him breakfast and lunch before I left for school so he wouldn't starve, or burn the house down. And when I got home I'd make dinner. I didn't mind, I actually loved doing it.

Ten minutes later~~

"Jimin! Breakfast is ready!" His footsteps thudded quickly down the steps and into the kitchen where I was fixing our plates. He closed his eyes, sniffing the air. "Mmm, it smells delicious." I gave him a cocky smirk. "Of course if does." He opened his eyes, giving me a joking glare.

I sat his plate of cheesy eggs and crispy brown toast with strawberry's and powdered sugar sprinkled on-top in-front if him. His eyes widened and he gave a toothy open mouthed grin. "Ohh, good job!" He gave me a thumbs up before digging into the food.

When we were both finished, I cleared our plates and cleaned up. I'd used the rest of the strawberries, so I'd need to go and get some.

I felt his arms wrap around me from behind, his head resting on my shoulder. "I have to go to work early." I looked over, smiling at him. "Alright, I'll make your lunch then." He smiled, moving his hands to my face where he pinched my cheeks.
"You're just the best little sister ever y/n. There's nothing I love more than your home cooked meals!"

He let go, turning around to go relax before he had to leave. I heated up the leftover Kimchi, and threw together a sandwich for good measure. Once everything was put up in the brown paper sack, I drew a small heart on the center.
