At the HYDRA base, Dr. Banner was setting up the most important experiment of his life. Just to be clear, yes we are talking about the Bruce Banner, Hulk, otherwise known as HYDRA's top scientist. The project, if it went right, would help HYDRA catch the rest of the so-called 'Avengers'. Ever since Nick Fury was killed, the Avengers had been falling apart. They already had Captain America in custody and were tracking Iron Man across America. The only reason HYDRA hadn't caught Iron Man is because Dr. Banner hasn't finished Project Silver yet. All other Project Silver experiments had rejected the Tesseract power. Dr. Banner thought that Silvia would be perfect for Project Silver because half the power would go to healing her cancer so her body wouldn't have to except so much power.

"Banner! When can Silvia get the power of the Tesseract? We found Iron man 30 miles east of here. Can we get Silvia to Silver in less than 20 minutes? Hurry up." Wanda Maximoff, who changed here name to Scarlet Witch after her brother died, came up behind Banner.

"We should be able to get her done in less than 10 minutes." He said "Step back." He motioned for her to step back, and plugged a cord into the glass Tesseract container, which started glowing. If you were to follow the cord through two rooms and a hallway, you would find a glass container with a 15 year old girl inside. The girl was Silvia. She had signed up for Project Silver because Dr. Banner said that it would heal her cancer. Besides, if the experiment killed her, she would just die today instead of next year like the doctor said. Back in the other room, the experiment had started. The Tesseract was whining and sending bursts of power to the container. If someone were to go back into the room with Silvia, they would see her screaming and writhing in pain. When the Tesseract had stopped glowing, Silvia stopped screaming. Instead, she stood up, started flickering, and appeared next to Dr. Banner, smiling.
