An Ode

Would that eternity keep us burning, 

Would that Heaven host a Keep for us to share.

Then lo, my destiny be but you...

And here t'would flow as sand awash in desert flurry,

Sea aswirl in mistral whirlwind tossing,

The oaks themselves brought low to bow with tempest's wafting.

And embrace shall twine our hearts,

Wild thickets grown untamed as tenderness and affection,

That love divide betwixt our timeless souls.
