T-Blood

David is seen on a metal table with metal clamps on his wrists, ankles, thighs, and stomach, he was barely breathing and had a blue tint to his skin. Every now and then he would wheeze or even cough up a small amount of mucus.

Zia was seen pressurizing the bullet wound blue had, who was also strapped to a table, while looking at the other table which David was on, with a face of worry.

A groan is heard from David as he opens his eyes, his eyes then turn to slits which causes his breathing to become normal again.

Zia then looks at him with shock and whispered in order to no attract attention "how? Your respiratory system was failing a few seconds ago"

"I activated the T-rex gene inside of me in order to heal faster, a T-rex needs faster healing than a human to survive and with that healing inside of a human body it's accelerated"

"You've gotten smarter since last time we met huh?" Zia said as she smiled, causing David to smile while looking at her with normal eyes.

"I feel... really tired now," David said as he kept blinking

Zia then chuckled "probably because your body isn't used to using that much energy so quickly"

David then nodded before passing out on the table.

An hour later Zia is still pressuring Blues wound while David was asleep. After a small amount of unusual noise, Owen, Claire, and Franklin enter the tent.

Zia then grows a surprised and happy face "your alive?!" She whisper-yelled

Owen nodded his head as he made a 'shush' gesture with his finger, he then went up to the table and put his hand on Blues neck and started to stroke it. "Look at what they did to her," he says as he kept stroking her neck.

Claire then looked at the other side of the tent to see David sleeping on his own table "Look, there's David" she said as she tapped Owen's shoulder and pointed at him. They both then walk over to him and Owen checks his pulse "how's he alive?"

"Apparently he used the T-rex blood in him to heal faster, but his body wasn't used to using so much energy and made him fall asleep again"

"Franklin, come help me with Blue," Zia told him but Franklin shook his head.

"No no no" Franklin repeated multiple times

"Franklin, now!" She whispered yelled at him as he hesitantly walked over and switched with her before blood spirted on his face before he grew a face of shock

He looked over at Owen "did it get in my mouth"

Owen shook his head before he asked again which resulted in the same thing with a "nope"

Zia looked at Owen and motioned him over while walk towards Claire before speaking "which one of you know how to find a vein?"

Claire quickly perked up "I did a blood drive for the red cross once"

Zia nodded "great" she looked around before grabbing a large blood bag and returned back to the two "every animal should be sedated, look for a Tetanuran since their blood type is close enough, look for a carnivore with two fingers, no more than three"

Zia came to a conclusion but was interrupted by the sound of heavy breathing, she looked behind her and saw David trying to escape his restraints but stopped when he saw Zia walking towards him "thank god"

Zia looked confused "what?"

He breathed a sigh of relief "I thought they too you"

Zia laughed softly as he became serious "but I heard something involving Rexy"

Zia looked confused again before David spoke "the T-Rex"

She nodded but looked away "well we need her blood to help Blue"

He looked up before sighing "fine" his eyes became yellow with slight slits, his muscles grow larger before he broke the restraints on him. He stood up while his eyes turned to normal and his muscles returned to their normal state, the others stare at him as he looks at them and gives a simple response "I like the T-Rex version of me"

Zia blinks a few times before continuing "what are you going to do?"

He smiled before walking up Zia and gently taking the blood bag "I'm gonna get this blood"

Zia shook her head "no, you need to rest and if they ca-"

He cut her off by putting a finger on her lips "calm down, ill be fine. I can take care of myself. Plus, what happens if Rexy freaks out when she sees them taking her blood?"

Zia gently pulled his finger down "she'll be asleep"

He smiled "they underestimate the queen of dinosaurs"

Zia tries to think of another excuse but couldn't so she sighed "fine, but be quick"

He lightly laughed "yes ma'am"

She let his hand go before he walked towards the back of the truck, he stopped by Owen and Claire before speaking "take care of them please"

Owen nodded "you got it"

David nodded before leaving the truck and quickly hid in the shadows, he sniffed the air and smiled -found you, sis-

He quickly moved through and under the rows of trucks and containers of dinosaurs, after a bit, he stopped at a large container and smiled again. He opened the door and quietly entered through the small opening, he was about to take the blood but stopped at an idea

-she might think I'm a hostile if I take her blood while she's asleep, so I'll need to wake her up to stay calm-

He nodded before he snapped in a certain beat, after he finished Rexys eyes snapped open before she looked at David with worry. She was about to say something but he put a finger to his lips, the dinosaur nodded before becoming dormant.

He held the blood bag up and motioned towards her, Rexys eyes widened but she eventually nodded which David rubbed her snout for. He looked for a vein around her body and eventually found one before jabbing the needle into it which caused the bag to start to fill up.

During this, he heard some guards outside come closer and close the door. He sighed before looking around but stopped when he saw the gaps in the roof, he smiled to himself before pulling the needle out since the bag was now full.

David rubbed her snout before he jumped up and grabbed one bar with his hand and pulled himself up, he dropped off the side and did a roll to silence his impact. He then proceeded to sneak his way back to the truck, since he got back he went inside to be welcomed by a worried Zia and a hug.

He laughed before hugging her back before she pulled away "did you get the blood?"

He held the bag up "definitely not"

Zia quickly took the bag before lightly punching his arm and laughing, she walked towards Blue as David went to his table and laid down again. Owen looked at him curiously "how will you fix that?"

David smiled "I'll push them together to the point of they look normal, but j can't do one since it'll be the last one. But I'll have it out of his view"

Owen nodded before walking towards the table that contained Blue that had Zia, Franklin, and Claire around. David smiled at this sight before he pressed his restraints together and fell asleep again on his table.
