well even though there's so much evidence proving that cyrus and tj like each other, it never actually said so. there needs to be a scene where one of them admits their feelings to another person in the show so that tyrus doesn't catch tuffy and jyrus shippers off guard.

(i envisioned this scene to be similar to the scene where cyrus admits his feelings for jonah to buffy except it would be less dramatic considering that cyrus came out)
buffy: so you said we needed to talk?
cyrus: yeah there's something i need to tell you
buffy: uh ok
cyrus: are you cool with tj? i mean are you still mad at him
buffy: no not at all we're good now! wait what did he do to you? are you ok?
cyrus: calm down buffy! he didn't do anything
buffy: so then what did you want to tell me?
cyrus: i- *pause* well remember how i said that i didn't have feelings for jonah anymore?
buffy: yeah?
cyrus: my crush on jonah... it didn't just disappear, it changed
buffy: and?
cyrus: well my crush changed to *pause* to tj
buffy: ohhh
cyrus: buffy i'm sorry. please don't be mad at me!
buffy: awww cyrus! why would i be mad at you? that's good!
cyrus smiles and blushes and the scene cuts
