Hi my name is Carter Smith I have a nice life I'm from Australia I'm 17 and I live with my dad because my mom passed away when I was 6 my dad's always depressed so I never see him that and he's always working.

"Dad I'm going to the mall for a little while !"

I went upstairs and my dad was passed out in his bed so I just wrote him a note.

I called my friend Kati and told her to meet me there.

*after the mall*

me and Kati went outside and waited.

"Taxi" she yelled

we got on a taxi we were laughing and talking when the taxi driver starred jerking the car that's when we realized he was 'Drunk' we looked at either when the driver jumped out of the cat we hit another car head on the last thing I remember was I screamed and it went black. I got up the car was upside down.

"Ugh...Kati get up please"

"Carter"

someone pulled Kati out of the car that's when I realized it was Calum hood were got in a crash with him and the band, he tried to get me out but my leg was stuck

Kati- Wait we have to get Carter out.

Calum- Don't worry we're trying

I started to fall asleep I woke up in a hospital bed with a cast on my left and right leg coming up to my thigh I saw Kati in a bed next to mine and four other boys on the other side of the room it was Calum, Luke, Ashton, and Michael. My head was throbbing I heard a moan I shot up remembering what happened "Kati are you okay" "I'm fine your worst than me"

Luke's POV

I woke up somewhere strange all I remember was Ash driving then setting a taxi driver jump out of his car then it was lights out. I shot up Calum and the rest of the boys were already up also two other girls were on the other side of the room I was hoping they wouldn't go all fan crazy one of them looked really familiar. I apparently broke my arm and leg, Calum had a few stitches, Ash had some bruises a busted lip and stitches, and Michael had a broken elbow, then it hit me the girl on the other side of the room was my cousin Kati and some other girl I have idea who it was.

"Kati"

"Luke"

"Do you to know each other" I heard Ash say

"Yes we do we're cousins"

"Joy" the other girl I still don't know her name but she looked pretty bad said sarcastically

"Carter" Kati said starting to sound angry

Oh Carter that's her name.

Carter's POV

"Ugh" I said while practically falling back I just lie there starting at the ceiling thinking about what happened but it was kind of all just a big blur.

"Carter" Kati said

"WHAT!" I snapped

"Geez sorry"

Kati's POV

I felt really bad because we were pretty much all fine except Carter who had two broken legs so she couldn't really move.

"Carter are you okay"

"Just peachy" (hint the sarcasm)

"Oh come on Carter I leave tomorrow with Calum, Michael, and Ash, then it'll be just you and Luke you are gonna have to get over this anger problem."

"I DON'T HAVE AN ANGER PROBLEM!"

"Yes you do"

"You're right I'm sorry I'm just tired and I just want to go home" I said with my voice starting to crack

"Carter don't cry please

I felt warm tears coming down my cheeks do I tried to hide them.

"Carter please stop crying its gonna be okay" Kati told me

"But what if it went be alright what if I never will again I won't be able to dance anymore (P.S. hip-hop not ballet)"

"Carter please don't think like that"

the doctor came in and told us or families would be coming in today.

"Carter"

"Yes doc"

"Your dad had to go on a business trip so he went be able come, I'm so sorry"

Then me and Luke started taking

"Do why can't your mom come"

"Because....my mom......um.......Well she died.......in a plane crash when I was only........six" I said trying to hold back tears

"Oh I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have even asked"

"Well we should get to sleep now"

"Okay"

my legs were throbbing like hell I couldn't stand it so I paged a nurse.

"Did someone page me"

"Uh yea I did"

"What did you need"

"Um do you happen to know where my phone is"

"Yes"

"May I please have it"

"I'm don't know but you can in the morning"

"Okay"

"Well I want you to get some sleep okay you've got that surgery on your legs tomorrow"

"Right I forgot about that"

She left and simple said my name it was Calum.

"Yea"

"Are you scared about tomorrow"

"Yea"

He managed to hobble over to my bed and sat down carefully making sure he didn't sit on my legs I sat up starting to cry and he just hugged me.

"Don't worry it'll be alright"

"How do you know that I mean they could make one mistake and I'd be in a wheelchair for the rest of my life my dancing career would be over for good" I said starting to cry.

"Carter no matter what happens you'll always be able to dance"

Me and Calum got really close to be honest I think I like him his perfect smile his strait Brown hair and his twinkling brown eyes. Wait Carter what are you saying.

Calum's POV

I think I'm starting to fall for Carter her contagious laugh, bright blue eyes, blonde hair that fell perfectly, and an amazing smile. Oh god I can't believe what I just said. I walked back over to my bed.

"Night Carter"
