class representative.
"Hey Mina! Have you seen Jimin's-" Before Hyeri could even finish her question, I already answered.
"Of course! I always stay updated!" I winked at her.
"Who do you think is he talking about in the tweet?"
"Huh? What do you mean who? I mean, you heard me yesterday right?" I said and gave her the don't-you-support-your-bestfriend look.
"Sis! You're not the only one who shouted that! Duh? You're not the only fangirl of Jimin!" Ugh Hyeri always wakes me up from my fantasies.
"Well, that's true. I think you're right." I told her while nodding.
"Aww, don't be sad! You still have lots of chances Mina! Well, that's if you'll not let your shyness take over you."

Break time.
"Hyeri, let's go to the canteen! I'm hungry."
"Sure. I am too."
While we're walking on the hallways on the way to the canteen. I overheard some group of girl students talking.
"Hey, have you seen Jimin's tweet last night?"
"Yes, that 'shout out' one?"
"Yup!"
"OMG, actually, I screamed that 'Go Park Jimin'. He tweeted about me!"
"Wow! You go girl! He noticed you!"
"So lucky!"
Well, that made me pout. Guess, Hyeri, really is right. I'm not the only one.
We got in the canteen and bought some snacks. While waiting for Hyeri to come, a classmate approached me.
"Hey Mina, miss Choi is looking for you. She said she has something to tell you and I think it is something about the school pageant."
"Uhm, where is she?" I asked.
"She's in our classroom."
"Okay, thank you!"
Hyeri soon came and I told her about what our classmate told me. We came back in our classroom and saw miss Choi there.
"Jeon Mina." She called me.
"Yes, miss?"
"Our class talked about this already earlier while you're not here."
"Talked about what, miss?"
"The school pageant. The whole class wants you to be our representative and you'll be paired with someone from the class next door."
"Miss, I'm sorry, but I don't think I can. Besides, we have our section's muse right? She can be our representative." I pointed out. I'm too shy for pageants.
"Her parents did not gave her permission. Come on, Mina, you can do this, I talked to your parents already and they agreed."
Ugh. Why do they made a decision so fast? They didn't even ask me if I wanted to join.
"Miss, maybe, give me sometime to think? I'll talk to my parents."
"Sure, child. But please, agree. If you don't, our class won't have a representative. You're the only chance we have."
The teacher talks as if the world is going to end if I don't join? Sorry miss.
"I'll think about it miss! Thank you for telling me." I bowed and she bid her goodbye, so did I.
I went to my seat beside Hyeri.
"What did she say?"
"She wants me to be our class representative for the school pageant." I face palmed.
"Woah! You agreed?"
"Yah! Why would I? I couldn't even approach Jimin, how could I join a freaking pageant? Many people will watch! And I will get too much exposure. No, I don't want that."
"Hey Mina, come think of it, Jimin might notice you!" She persuaded me.
"Still no. Don't include Jimin to this."
"Okay fine. But come on, you have the looks, you are talented and smart, you are qualified for the pageant!"
"But-"
"Yes I know, you're shy, but we can still work on your confidence!"
"I don't know how to walk?"
"Sis! The school is providing an instructor to teach candidates how to walk! Jennie is also a candidate before! Don't you remember? You can ask her to teach you! Come on, I know you can do it!" She insisted.
"I will still think about it. And also about my partner, who could it be? I mean, if we don't know each other, it might be awkward for us."
"We can ask someone from their class, who is their representative and if you don't know each other yet, befriend him, then?"
"Yah, are you really my best friend? You want me to do something I don't want to." I pouted at her.
"That's not my intention. I just want you to gain confidence." She pinched my cheek.
I sighed, "Okay, fine."
"Fine what? You'll join already?" I nodded as an answer.
"Yay! I'm gonna help you get that champion's bread baby!" She got excited and clapped her hands.
A teacher soon entered the classroom and started the class already.

"Hey, Hyeri, mind accompanying me to the student council's office?"
"I'm sorry Mina, I need to go home early today." Hyeri told me while she packs her things.
"Oh. Okay!"
"I'm going now, bye! Take care!"
"Bye!"
When I finished packing my things, I went straight to the women's locker room and put in all my books in my locker.
I made my way to the student council's office where miss Choi stays because she is the adviser of the student council.
Before I can go in, a very tall and well built man suddenly came out of the office.
I must say, he is on his senior year, because his uniform is different from the uniform of the junior boys here.
I almost bumped my head on his chest. Good thing that I noticed the door opening and I stepped backwards immediately.
"I'm sorry, I didn't notice you." He said, looking apologetic.
"No, it's fine. Nothing bad happened, anyway." I smiled at him for assurance. He smiled back and oh, my heart fluttered. His dimples are so deep. He looks so damn cute and soft.
"By the way, why are you here? Can I help you?"
His nametag says, "Namjoon, Kim."
"Uh, yes? I am Kim Namjoon?"
"OMG, did I say that out loud?" I covered my mouth.
I heard him giggle, "Cute." He said.
"Uhm, what?"
"I said you're cute." I blushed at his comment, "By the way, I'm asking you earlier, what brings you here?"
"I'm here for miss Choi." I peeked at his back but failed to see miss Choi inside the office.
"Actually, she went home early today. She told me earlier that she's going to visit a relative in the hospital."
"Oh really? Thank you for letting me know."
"She might be home by this time and I am thinking of visiting her house, wanna come?"
