You sit comfortably on your new couch after a long day of unpacking. You've left your old city, old friends, and family back in Daegu.
You hear a knock at your door and it's the landlord, "It's been nearly a week, I think your mail might be downstairs."
You thank him and follow him to the mailboxes, turning the corner walking downstairs a handsome man appears and is unlocking his mailbox. The landlord points to your mailbox he gives you the key and leaves.
The stranger now pulling the mail out of his mailbox looks up at you in curiosity as you reach over to check your mail. "Good evening ma'am we sure are having some beautiful weather tonight, what do you think?" He asks as you pull out a single piece of mail.
"I think so too, I've only been in the city for a week or so and I'm happy with the weather." You respond with a polite smile. He smirks looking at a window, "The sky is so clear and I can see every star, it reminds me of you're eyes."
You snort, "That was bad but you don't even know my name yet."
"I'm Jeon Jungkook, and you?" He giggled.
"I'm Choi Y/N, nice to meet you." You shake his hand gently.
"I'm going to cut to the chase but would you mind going out to eat sometime?" He takes out his phone and unlocks it.
"I'd like that." You take out your phone and unlock it so he can put his number in, you swap phones.
You exchange smiles as you walk back up to your apartment. After plopping yourself on your bed, you think about your interaction with Jungkook.
He seems to good to be true but you'll find out who he really is eventually. You doze off daydreaming.

You wake up energized. After taking a shower and eating breakfast you call a friend.
"Hello?" You say as they answer the phone.
"Hey Y/N! How are you feeling in the city!!!" She replies
"I'm good, I just got settled. Guess what, I'm gonna have a date soon!" You squeal.
"Wait, really! With who, when!?" She answers in utter shock.
"I met him when I was checking the mail, he was super cheesy but straightforward, he asked me to a meal so he has yet to text me." Your reply.
You both squeal.
"Well, I want to take you out to lunch today and see your new place so you make your plans with him for dinner and I'll pick you up in an hour and a half from now okay?" She says in excitement.
"Okay, sis. I'll send you the address, see you later." You end the call.
You: When do you want to make plans? Today I'm only available for dinner.
Jungkook: Oh okay, what time?
You: 7?
Jungkook: Sounds good to me, I'll see you then, what number are you?
You: 69, see you later :)
Jungkook: :)

What to wear what to wear...
"Oh!" You picked up a short black dress, that matches nicely with your black heels.
After a purse check, you hear a knock at the door.
"Wow, I'm speechless you look very nice." He complimented you.
"Thank you, you clean up nice as well." You smirked stepping out and locking the door.
"Shall we?" He extended his elbow.
You stick your arm in between his body and arm.

"I'll have the shrimp scampi, and she'll have?"
"Spaghetti please," I replied.
"It'll be right out." The waitress replied.
You make small conversation about your past and out of nowhere he interrupts by burping, he doesnt say excuse me.
Bothered by this you cough lightly.
"Wow, how rude of you not to cough in your shirt and all over the table." He rudely replied.
"Oh, excuse me!" You aggressively reply.
"You're the one who didnt day excuse me after burping sir."
"Well I'm sorry!" He slightly, kicks you sheepishly under the table.
Astonished you kick back harder.
He painfully kicked back.
"This is childish, no wonder you're still single." You smirk at the remark.
He ignored it, so you call the waiter over.
"Can you cancel the order?" You ask assertivley. He nods.
You and Jungkook stare at eachother with a love but hate lust.
"Looks are decieving." He crosses his arms and sits back slouched.
"They really are."

Things were silent on the way back. You would catch each others gaze from time to time but your legs faced away from him.
"I'm sorry, I over reacted that was very childish of us." He pouts at a stop light.
You continue to stare at the window, "Yeah, I'm sorry as well but sometimes you have to check yourself."
He sighs and the car hums.
"Do you thi-"
The car starts to move uncontrollably, Jungkook steers it to the left into a dark ditch. He pulls the keys out and we stop.
Scared to death you both look at the road you came from thankfully no one crashed into you or anyone else.
Jungkook gets out of the car and checks it for damages. He gets back in and gets to start it but the car lost its humming.
