She's Right

"you are just a worthless piece of trash you know that!?" the bratty blonde states while pushing marinette into the lockers

"no I'm not!" marinette cried, tears streaming down her checks.

Yes, marinette was THE ladybug, super heroine of Paris but that doesn't mean she'll use her strength for selfish reasons so... She let chloe hurt her. Physically and mentally.

"okay I'm done here, see you after school?" chloe said acting innocent. It wasn't really a question.

All marinette could do was nod.

Ring!!!!!

As soon as the bell rang marinette ran into the toilets to clean up her wounds before class. That was always the reason she was late. Of course she lied to everyone.

Marinette walked into class and could feel chloes eyes glaring at marinette so, she quickly hurried to her desk pleading to herself that nobody would question why she was late. But of course her prayers werent answered . As usual.

Alya passed her a note. On it said;

Did you sleep in again!?

Marinette didn't write anything on the piece of paper as she knew her hands were shaking so instead,she turned to Alya and nodded.

After class

As soon as the bell rang for lunch marinette sprinted out of the school and ran to the park. It was the only place she felt safe.

Marinette took out her sketch book and started sketching some new designs but instead of it being bright colours it was black. All black. It was a long sleeved black hoodie which said the words useless written on the front. She thought it suited her pretty well. Her thoughts anyway.

Marinette took out her phone to see that she only had five minutes left till lunch was over so she quickly sprinted back to school.

Last period went by relatively quick and soon it was time to meet chloe behind the school again.

"hey maritrash I was beginning to think you weren't gonna show up" chloe smirked.

Marinette just thought to herself i deserve whatever she does to me after all I'm just a burden.

Chloe walked towards marinette and slapped her across her cheek which turned a red colour. She then pushed marinette into the brick wall surrounding them and started punching and kicking her.

The physical abuse stopped but the mental abuse only just started.

"you should be thanking me after all I just made your ugly face look better. You know you should go on a diet and maybe people wouldn't hate you as much" chloe then walked over pinched Marinettes cheeks really hard and said "bye maritrash come back tommorow before school"

And with that chloe walked away leaving marinette alone with her thoughts.

Marinette thought to herself she's right I'm just a fat piece of trash and don't deserve anyone's love. Not even adriens... He will never like me, I'm just a burden.

Marinette sat there for a while then got up and started walking home.

"marinette are you okay? " says the high pitched voice of her kwami, tikki.
"yeah I'm fine I just realised something"
"realised what?"
"that I don't deserve love."

Marinette then thought to herself thank you chloe for making me understand

And with that marinette went home, ignoring the questions from her parents and ran upstairs.

She then told tikki she was going to have a shower and went into the bathroom and locked the door. She turned on the shower then as she was about to step in she saw a rather sharp looking razer on the sink and reached for it.

Marinette stepped into the shower, razor in hand and thought back to the words chloe had said to her earlier that day. She raised her arm and placed the cold metal razor to her pale and flawless skin then thought to herself.

She's right

And with that she slid the razor across her arm allowing the scarlet red colour to escape from her skin.
