  Ashton's P.o.V

  2 weeks later because I'm 16 -

I woke up and was about to sit up, but I couldn't. remembering the smaller boy still asleep in my embrace. He stirred awake. "Morning Matt," I say, pressing a kiss to his forehead. He smiled. "Morning Ashton," he said. I smile. "So, what do you want to do today?" I ask. He shrugs. "I'd like to hear you play the drums again," he smiled. I chuckled.

"Okay. Let me find my sticks," I say. "I was just joking, but if you wanna play for your audience of one that's fine with me," he laughed. I chuckle and kiss him. "I don't mind playing for you," I smirk. He smiled, and kissed me back. I found my drumsticks and led him to my drumset that I kept in the back of the unit.

"Are you in a band, or do you play guitar too?" he asked. "Yeah, we're called 5 Seconds of Summer. Those are Michael's and Luke's guitars. The other guy plays the bass guitar, and he keeps it at his place," I say. "The other guy? What's his name?" Matt asked. "Calum. Yeah, so what do you want me to play Matty?" I ask. He smiles a bit. "Whatever you want. Wow, can't believe I'm dating a band member, even if you aren't famous," he said, tiptoeing to kiss my forehead. I chuckle.

"Yet. Aren't famous yet," I joke, kissing his cheek. "Okay. Just making it up as I go along," I say, getting ready to play. "Hm, never heard that sing before," Matt laughs. I lose my focus and laugh. "You're dating a band member, I'm dating a comedian," I joke. He smiles. "Go on, play."

I take a deep breath, making up a beat and banging on the drums loudly. Matt backed up a hit, so I played a bit softer. He smiled. When I finished, he clapped. "Ew, you're sweaty," he laughed. I ran towards him, dropping my drumsticks. "No Ashton!" he laughed, running off. I chase him to the lounge, cornering him on the couch.

I engulfed him in a hug, making him cringe. "Go shower," he smirked, pushing off of me. I laugh and kiss his cheek. I jump off of him and take a quick shower. As I dressed, I couldn't help hut think how much I liked Matthew. He was just so sweet and really cute. I left my room and he was on his phone, sitting on the couch. I snuck up behind him, yelling as I shook his shoulder. He screamed, but then started to laugh, hitting me with a pillow.

"What the hell Ash, you could've killed me," he said, gasping for air. I kissed his temple. "You're welcome." I put my arm around him and flipped through the channels. He leaned against me, scrolling through twitter and tumblr. "Matt, you need a life," I joke. He rolls his eyes. I quickly steal his phone from his grasp. "Ash!" he interjected, trying to grab it back. I run to my room, but bump into Michael, dropping his phone.

"Ashton, I swear if you cracked it," he said, picking it up. "I'm fine, thanks for your concern," I laugh. He shoved his phone in his pocket. "Sorry, but my phone is more important than your safety Ash," he says, laughing. Michael laughed and high-fived him. I roll my eyes as Michael helped me up.

"Um, we're gonna head over to Luke's place in a bit. He said he had some 'important news' for us as a band," Michael said. I frowned. Being around Calum was still extremely awkward, and I didn't like it. But I acted as though it didn't bother me. It didn't seem to bother him. "Okay," I sigh, "C'mon Matty, I'll take you home," I say. "Wait. Can I tag along Michael?" he asked. I looked over at Michael with pleading eyes.

"Band practices are private, sorry Matt. I have to ask Luke, but yeah.. So, um, sorry," Michael said. I lace our fingers. "Its fine. I'll just make Ashton take the long way," Matt said. "Then he can drive himself to Luke's. Later Matt," Michael said. "Bye Michael," he says, closing the door. "Long way? Matt, you live like a mile away. I don't think they're is a long way," I say.

He sits in the passenger seat. "Its called drive really slow," he giggled. I laugh. "Whatever. So what do you think the news is?" I ask. He shrugs. "How would I know, I'm not musical. I think this relationship is the most musical thing I've ever done," he laughed. I smile.

I pull out the car key and follow him up to his unit. "So, when can you come over here for once?" he asked. I kissed the tip of his nose. "Soon, okay?" I say, squeezing his hand. He smiled. "Okay, and text me the news," he says. I nodded. "Bye love," he smiled. "Bye Matty."

I drive to Luke's place, knocking and finding out I'm late. "Where were you?" Luke asked, opening the door. "Taking Matty-I-I mean Matthew home because Michael told him band practices were private, even though Calum's boyfriend's always here," I say quickly. Luke blinks twice, not peeping a word. "Whatever, he could've come. Anyway, I got an email this morning. That's why I called you two over," Luke said.

Calum sat awkwardly in the lounge, shooting me looks, because he heard my comment about his boyfriend always being at practice and mine couldn't even go anywhere unless it was my place. "So, I usually don't get up before 11, but my laptop went off at 9. I checked it and found an email from a certain management of a certain band," Luke said. I perked up, as well did the others.

Luke couldn't stop smiling. He grabbed his laptop and started clicking and typing. "Will you just tell us." Michael said impatiently. Luke put up one finger. He then turned the laptop to face us. "Guys. We're going on tour."
