I ran into the black forest, I had to hide somewhere or the lost boys would catch me. I turned around a tree, out of the path, to catch my breath resting my back against the trunk. We had began the game an hour ago and I still had not found the damn bloody flag. "Shit" I cursed under my breath as I started to regain my balance and my shaken senses. Were could it be? It seemed like I ran the whole island in search for the flag, but I wasn't about to give up, I wasn't raised this way. I turned toward the tree and slowly began to climb its hard cool bark and limbs, maybe I could have a better view of the island from a higher point. I finally reached the top as lost boys ran below the tree quietly looking for me. I tried not to make a noise as my body sat against a sturdy limb. As they ran off my shoulders started to relax and drop back down to their normal position. What would happen if the lost boys found me anyway? I didn't want to think about so I just looked over at Neverland's beautiful horizon. The sun was setting, making the clouds around it purple and pink, all I could was smile. My father use to take me to the hill in the middle of the forest back home and we would just camp there looking out at the sunset,it was so peaceful life back then. A twig snapping brought me back to what was Pan's game, another snapped not to far from the other. I looked down to see if anybody was there, I was slowly grabbing the dagger Pan had gave me,  all I could see was a shadow of some sort. My breathing started to increase as it got closer when it came into full view I could see that it  was only a rabbit. I scowled at myself for being so scared, father taught me better than that. I looked to see anything, scanning over the tiny island, it seemed so much bigger running through it. As I looked over at the ocean I could see a faint red flag in a tree waving in the wind. Yes, that's about 100 feet from where I am now. I slowly climbed back down the tree, making sure no lost boys were coming and sprinted off towards the beach.

As I ran towards the beach as my short blue night gown kept rising higher and higher. I blushed as I kept it in my hand I really didn't want to show them what was underneath if any of the boys were watching her. My blond hair wiping my face as I reached the tree, I laughed with satisfaction as I saw that it was still there. I started for the tree but two lost boys jumped out, I knew it wasn't going to be that easy. The first one jumped at her but she just stepped to the side making him get a face full of sand. I ran towards the tree and the other one came at me with his fist. He was smaller than me so I knew I had a advantage on him. I pushed against a tree now with my dagger in my hand and I stuck it into the back of his shirt to the tree's rough bark so he couldn't get free. I backed up as he tried to get lose then I scurried up the tree with the large flag still waving in the wind. I reached for it as I got to the top, my fingers traced the fabric as I pulled it from its limb. I jumped from the tree with shock, did I really just win? I turned to help the other boys up and get them free, I giggled as they gave me surprised faces but not mad but a happy surprise. As I walked back looking at the flag with excitement I glanced up to see Pan's face only inches away from mine. I looked into his eyes to see anger, surprise, and happiness but as I glanced at his mouth only a smirk took its place.
