Prologue

Gunshots; a sound Keira was familiar with. She stayed hidden in the ventilation shaft. Once they ended, Keira counted to three before dropping the grenade, and backing away from the explosion. She crowed through the vents, cloth held to her face as she tried to avoid inhaling dust. Dropping down into the foyer of the building, she sighed. 

Another job well-done. 

Two weeks later, Keira was meeting with 'The Boss.' Always silent, he handed her a letter and waited for her to open it. Keira did so, looking at the paper. Another target mission? Ugh, those were always a drag... 

Tanya Maya Hemlock. A high-school girl. She's knows too much. To be eliminated quietly. 

"So, undercover?" Keira asked. 'The Boss' nodded. Keira bowed, and left the room. Time to prepare... And she knew who to asked. 

Five minutes of wandering later, she knocked on her cousin's door. "Disguise mission. Can I come in?" 

"Yeah!" A bright, cheerful voice came from inside the room. A tall blonde threw the door open. "What type of disguise? Ooh, can I break out the makeup?" 

"Hey, Amelia. It's high school student, so yeah. Go ahead." Keira responded. Amelia was always anybody's best bet for an sort of disguise. The girl couldn't harm a fly, but could make one look like a cat if needed. 

"Let's do this!" Amelia said. Twenty minutes later, Keira was decked out for the job. 

Two days later, her job started.
