I sat in the lecture room listening to the speech Professor Mic was giving on the importance of using your voice for more than singing.

"YOU MAY BE ABLE TO SING BUT YOUR MORE THAN JUST A NICE VOICE, YOU'RE AN ARTIST SO DON'T FORGET WHO YOU ARE BECAUSE OF PUBLIC OPINIONS AND USE YOUR VOICE FOR COMMUNICATIONS WITH OTHER ARTISTS." His voice echoed to throughout the entire hall.

I wrote a few notes before the class came to an end. My next stop was to the student labs to write a report on song composition. A lot of my other friends went to different colleges with different schedules. My only friends here are Momo, Eijiro, and Hanta, but they study in different departments.

A bump on my shoulder knocked me out my thoughts. "Sorry dude," A boy with orangish-yellow hair said quickly. I looked at him blankly, "It's fine. Just be careful," I told him before continuing to move forward.

"Wait! Could you tell me where Professor Power Loader's classroom is?" He asked me before I turn around to look at back at him. Either he's new or dumb because it's the most known room in the school.

I point down the hall past him. "Go that way and take a left. His classroom should be on the right," I directed him. "Okay, thanks!" He smiled at me before bolting off.

I stared as he left, not sure on how to feel about this encounter. I just continued walking down to the computer labs, where I was face to face with the stupid kid. "Oh hey, it's you again. I think I'm still lost, can you walk me to Power Loader's classroom?" He asked me as I just stare.

Those were simple instructions, so how did he end up at the other end of school? I sighed and started to walk back in the other direction. "Follow me," I said usually I point lost students in the direction of student services but I'm sure he would get lost again.

"What are you thinking about?" He asked me trailing right behind me as we walk through the halls. I took one look at him, then continued to look forward. He seemed seriously confused. "I'm wondering about how dumb you are," I told him bluntly.

The boy ran in front of me and I stopped walking. "I'm too cool to be stupid. I'm just new, that's all," He explained. I stared at him and then walked around him. "Does it matter? I gave you simple instructions and you couldn't figure it out. It's clear you're not intelligent," I commented with a blank face.

The boy mumbled something under his breath before continuing to trail behind me. What was his problem? I was only telling him the truth. Once we got to Power Loader's Class,  the class was over and out walked Eijiro along with some other people. "Oh hey, Kyoka, how is it going?" He asked me moving to from in front of the doorway.

"I'm showing this idiot, where Professor Power Loader's class is," I explain to him before the boy behind me started to argue. "First, I'm not an idiot, just new here. Second, all these halls look the same!" He complained.

I shook my head in disbelief. "I'm sorry but, how do you miss the classroom with a giant sign above the door saying, 'Welcome to Power Loader's Class' and the loud crashing coming from inside the room?" I questioned him.

The new kid stepped forward and look at the door. "Ohh I miss it the first three times I ran down this hall," He said slightly under his breath. "Sorry about that," He chuckled rubbing the back of his neck, then ran inside.

I stared at him as he went inside the room, and didn't look up until the door closed. "You really need to be nicer to people," Eijiro said with concern and I rolled my eyes. "Whatever he's just an idiot," I told him before walking forward past him.

Eijiro looked confused as I walked past. "Where are you going?" He asked as he ran up beside me. "To wait for Momo, wanna join?" I asked him and he shook his head. "No thanks, I think I'm going to the student labs and wait for Hanta," He said and I give him a nod of acknowledgment.

Just a stupid idiot...right?
