In another Universe but the same galaxy, a somewhat similar planet like earth has been evolutionizing for many years, being three times bigger than our earth. Though this earth used to be a lively planet of life and color, but a horrendous war between lands erupted. The mechanical people of the North, used every iron, metallic weapon, to take over the south. Though the south tried to make peace with the north, it didn't change anything. The Western lands joined the fight with the south as the Eastern side fought along side the North. By the time the world looked like a deserted wasteland of blood and death, with barely any sign of life from both lands, a compromise was held.
The world was set into a one ruler rules all system. One man, One woman. The Man will be from either the North or the East and the Woman will be of the South or the West.
Two Rulers, four lands, though a complicated system they only let the Woman rule over The West and South and the Man rule The North and East for the people's satisfaction.
Once the South and the West were combined, the combined lands were newly named, The country of Artesia.
As for the North and the East, their newly combined country was called, Eta Norma.
Eta Norma was a large city of floating buildings, flying transportation, like no other. This very first city, was the future for the Eta Normas. After the start of the first city more cities started to flourish from north and east on the planet.
The Artesians were a people of life and color, who flourished on the energy of the planet. Their country was alive, a garden of harmony. A dream to live in.
Eta Norma is a harsh city of mostly men and harsh rules. The country is mostly made up of cities and with three built in sections for society, who are stuck.
In each city, three sections were created. Empyrea, Midway, and The Slums. Empyrea is the floating city, above the clouds, where the only entrance up is a mystery. Midway is kinda like middle class, it's below the clouds of Empyrea, with skyrise buildings that arent able to see the ground, flying transportation and views of the all the lights the skyrise buildings produce. Its also where most of the population flourishes, without problem. The Slums is just as you think it is, it's on the ground and underground, filled with dusty old tech and automobiles. It's dark and the sun never reaches the grounds. Where criminals from the underground flourish and only the lamp post lit up the streets.
Rules were set in Eta Norma and they were law. As no rule must be violated what's so ever.
