MADELINE GILBERT, CAROLINE FORBES, STILES STILINSKI AND SCOTT MCCALL all sat in Stiles's jeep as the drove behind Derek and Jennifer. Maddie and Caroline were in the back, Maddie behind Scott and Caroline behind Stiles.

Maddie groaned as she rubbed her neck but looked at Stiles who looked like he was overthinking.

"Okay. What's wrong?" Maddie asked Stiles, but all eyes went to her before Stiles's eyes flickered back to the road.

"Me? What makes you think I think somethings wrong?" Stiles asked and Maddie raised her eyebrows. "You have that look." Maddie pointed out.

"What look? I don't have a look." Stiles tried to play off but even Scott and Caroline saw it. "No, I noticed it too." Scott stated and Caroline shrugged. "I'm sitting behind you and even I know what look Maddie is talking about." Caroline added and Stiles glared at Scott, and if he could, he would of glared at Caroline as well.

"See? Now spill." Maddie demanded and Stiles gave her an exasperated look through the rearview mirror before sighing. "I don't know, something feels wrong about this." Stiles stated and Maddie sighed.

"I feel it too. It's like, we've proved it too Derek, but the way she acted. It was like it didn't matter." Maddie stated and Stiles nodded. "Like it was all still going according to plan." Caroline finished and Maddie and Stiles hummed in agreement.

"We all saw that look. Right, Scott?" Caroline asked but Scott just looked between the three, as if deep in thought before they reached the hospital. All four teenagers jumped out of the car and into the pouring rain but froze when they realized Stiles wasn't with them.

Looking back to the car, both Maddie and Caroline scoffed as they saw Stiles walk towards them with a bat. "Why the fuck do you need that?!" Maddie exclaimed over the loud pitter patter of rain. "What, you guy have claws, fangs and everything in between, I've got a bat!" Stiles stated as they walked over to Derek and Jennifer before walking inside the hospital.

While strutting down the hall, Maddie noticed Derek's grip on Jennifer tightening making her casually reach her hand over and pinching his arm. Derek's head snapped to her as she avoided his gaze, looking innocent.

"Scott! Scott!" Mamma McCall called from behind them making the group stop and turn to her. "What are you doing here? The hospital's evacuating." Melissa stated. "We're here for Cora." Scott stated and Melissa looked to the group as Maddie waved.

"What, all of you?" Melissa asked, looking between them before her eyes landed on Stiles. "Why does Stiles have my bat?" Melissa asked and Caroline snorted making Maddie nudge her. "Mom, just trust me on this. You need to get out of here. Right now." Scott stated.

"The building is suppose to be clear in 30 minutes, we've got two ambulances that are coming back. One's ten minutes out, the other's 20. Cora needs to be on one of those, they'll be picking up in the basement garage." Melissa informed and Maddie nodded, before she felt another ache in her neck.
