The soft breezes blew, tossing and turning the leaves as they scattered away, creating a pathway of light in it's wake. As the flowers bloomed in meadow bathed in the soft rays of the sin, morning dew across leaves and the sweet melody of birds singing. Here I stood at the edge of the forest listening to the voices of the spirits around. The crystalline water as clear as a mirror reflected the exact copy of the stretched blue sky across the horizon with lumps of cotton candy like clouds swimming through it.
The wind blew, ruffling my straight jet black hair with it, my dragon skinned cloak made with the finest onyx embroidery fluttered as it blew in the same direction. For three days the hunting grounds had been in surveillance. Not even a stench of evil had been found. As for me the day was turning out as peaceful as it could. I watched as the sin was making it's way slowly to the west as it was nearing dusk.
The green grass swayed as my boots tread over them. The forest was begining to come to life as the vast night sky spread over.

The cricket's were hoping and singing, squirrels twirling around in delight, elves playing their harps. It was like a contest among the trees, that who could bloom the most prettiest flowers. The starry sky itself was kept witness of this heaven made in earth.
From the shadows, of this benevolent atmosphere walked out Eric, my most trusted companion, who can give up his life for me.

Both of us made our way through the forest. Along the line Eric seemed much more relaxed than usual.From childhood he was very fond of me, and I of all people was mostly aware of that.
As we walked our way Eric slowly said, " The forest does seem at ease when your around ma'am. "
"Does it now? " I answered with a smile.
"Miss don't you think that it's time that you took upon the responsibility of it? "
With a light grin I answered,"Why, aren't you in a good mood today? Questioning me like this. Did something happen?"
"No, I was just trying to remind you that you are the next keeper young miss,and the sooner all this burden is off you can be free."
"Now, were you that worried about me? Although I am happy that your this straightforward. " I say with another pleasent smile .
Eric looking a little bit flustered, "Then let us be off."
I look at him and giggle, it always was much fun to tease him.Then silently we make our way back to catch up with the others on this blissful starry night.
