It was your wedding day.

The sun was up but the cool breeze contrasted with the heat. You and I were up at 6.30 am to get ready, Luke with Michael, Calum and Ashton.

Surprisingly, you were up before me but I'm not complaining. It was your big day after all (!!!). You went to shower and brush your teeth while I went to open the door for Mali.

You came out wearing cloth shorts and an old shirt with your hair wet. 'Maliii, hellooo. Thank you for doing the beauty stuff.' 'Aw you're welcome Manda,' Mali replied hugging you.

*1 hour 30 minutes later*

You were done. Your eyes stood out, your lips a pale pink colour. Your makeup was simple, not so caked up. Your hair was up in an elegant updo, some fancy wavy thing that neither of us can do.

Suddenly, we had a stomach ache. It was either the nerves or hunger. Maybe both. All three of us drove to McDonalds and got food.

*cue the oliver twist song*

It was already 9.15 am. And your wedding was at 11. You quickly reapplied your lip stain and wore your wedding dress. I helped you zip it up. 'You look woahh,' I said. I bet Luke couldn't wait to get his hands on you. ;))) Mali was practically fangirling over you. You didn't believe us so you went to see for yourself in the mirror.

You nearly cried. Eventhough it sounds self - centered, you thought you looked pretty. You felt pretty. You grew taller over the years, but your heels contributed some height. You smiled and wanted to cry. We had a somanda moment then. Hugging each other like there was no tomorrow.

Luke's part

Luke woke up at 6.30 am too. He woke up feeling a whirlwind of emotions. Happy? Definitely. After all, he was going to spend the rest of his life with the girl of his dreams, after 4 years. Nervous? Of course. What if he messed up? What if he rambled during his vows? What if something went wrong? Excited? Yes, yes and yes. It was going to be fun. Family and friends alike were going to be there, old and new.

'LUKEY!' Michael shouted, bursting into the room, accompanied by Ashton and Calum. 'It's time to get up, mate. Today's the day,' Calum told him. He obediently stumbled to the bathroom.

30 minutes later

A wet Luke Hemmings appeared. 'You took half an hour,' Calum pointed out. He stuck his head in the bathroom. ' And made a mess too.' Luke just shrugged and dried himself. 'Aww my little Lukey is all grown up,' Ashton said. Luke just blushed and wore his suit. 'I'M HERE' Lou announced. Lou Teasdale. She hugged all of them and started on Luke's hair.

35 minutes later

Calum, Ashton, Michael and Luke were all styled up. They all wore matching tuxedos. 'You guys look good,' Lou complimented them. They just smiled. Michael's hair was lavender, to match his tie. And Calum was blonde. full stop. *cough cough* Ashton was wearing his red bandana and Luke was wearing his signature hair and of course, his lip ring. BEEP BEEP! The car came to pick them up. It was time.

Your Part

You called your wedding planner to make sure everything was alright. It was. Mali went home to get ready, and we just laughed about how far we've come. 11 years of being friends. *tears up*

skip skip skip to 10.15

Your wedding car arrived. John(Feldman) was driving. I went off earlier, because I was your maid of honour. 'Hi John,' you greeted. 'Hello Manda. Big day, huh?' You just nodded, blushing. John continued driving, making light conversation.

Luke's part

Luke was already there. The chairs were slowly starting to fill with guests. He went to greet them. Luke was starting to tense up. And Calum, Ashton and Michael were there, through thick and thin. They always have been. Luke went to check the time. It was 10.55 am. Five more minutes.

Your part

The car slowly halted to a stop right at front. The bridesmaids were there. And so was your dad. I helped you get out of the car. Wedding dresses are very big and it's possible to drown in it. 'Hi dad,' you said, the air a little awkward. He just smiled at you. He was so proud but sad, because he was going to let his daughter go. It was 10.58 am. Two more minutes.

11.00 am. It was time.

Nobody's part (third person)

Unlike most weddings, this one began on time, at 11 o'clock sharp. The groom was standing at the end of the aisle, smiling nervously. The doors opened as the guests simmered down and took their seats. The bridesmaids started to walk. The maid of honour ending it. Lastly, it was the bride, her dad walking her down the aisle. Every head was turned towards her but you could tell she did not like attention. However, she smiled brightly.

The groom never took his eyes of her. She reached the end of the aisle and hugged her father before turning to face her soon-to-be husband.

As Luke began to say his vows, the occasional sob could be heard from his mother, Liz. Luke smiled from ear to ear as he poured his heart out to the girl he loved.

Amanda was blushing. She secretly never believed Luke whenever he said she could make him smile, or have 'butterflies'. But now, she believed. Tears brimmed her eyes but she promised not to cry. Maybe later, with chocolate and sad music.

And she began her vows. It was the most honest thing she ever wrote. From how he made her feel good about herself to the little gestures he thought she never noticed. Luke was grinning like the Cheshire cat. It was clear how great their love was for each other.

Both made promises to care for each other, to love each other and to always be together, regardless of the circumstances. And everybody knew those promises would be kept.

'Luke Robert Hemmings, do you take Amanda Teoh to be your lawfully wedded wife?'

'I do.'

'Amanda Teoh Syuet Yen, do you take Luke Hemmings to be your lawfully wedded husband?'

'I do.'

'You may now kiss the bride.'

And he kissed her like he never did before, for she was his and he was hers.
