Hi I don't know why I'm writing in this, but I am, so if you want to get to know a stupid, awkward, weird, and pretty much hopeless romantic 14 year old, than this is the place. My name is Danielle, but most people call me Dani, with an i. Not Danny, the guy version. Ok, now that I have that sorted out, I'm going to tell you more about myself! I'm 14, I got this diary for my 14th birthday, and I have a crush on the most popular guy at my school. I'm so awkward and weird around him, well I'm like that anyways even if I'm not talking to him. (Sighs because of how hopeless I am)
You know how hard it is to not be like me? Really hard! I have 3 brothers, my dad is a stay-at-home dad, and my mom brings home the dough. Or money. Either one.
I am writing in this diary to go somewhere to express my emotions since I don't have anyone else to talk to but Henry. (I'll get to him later) My life stinks. I get embarrassed daily and I also am a huge dork.
I mean I like being a dork and all, but it has its ups and downs. I have black hair, light blue eyes, and a stupid birthmark that I feel like is huge on my leg. (It's so weird!)
Why am I writing about my birthmark? Oh right, no one's going to read this, so I can say anything I want! (Laughs like an evil villain) Ok, I am not normal in any way, and this is why, today Henry called me (he's my friend) and said. "Want to play video games all weekend?" and I said yes.
WHY.
(Cries like a baby) Don't get me wrong, I love playing video games. But I'm trying to make an impression on my crush! I have to go, Henry came over to play Halo with me. Well, at least it can't get worse. Right?
