The Effect happened so fast. Humanity was unprepared. The month was filled with terror and anguish. The next was with death.
My Parents were paranoid. They locked a door and gave me a key. They told me to hide and that the key was to be kept with me at all times. My first mistake was that I listened to them. I ran and hid in a hollow tree. My parents last screams followed me. That day I found hatred.
