You were sitting on the side of the road, your head in your hands, tears pouring down your face. An hour ago, you were laying on your uncle's shoulder,
asleep in the backseat of your parents car. You were having a nightmare about being hunted down by a monster. Your quirk was earthquakes, and you didn't realize what you did until you were shaken awake. By your own quirk. The street you were on began to crack, and a large piece of asphalt cracked off and hit the bottom of your car. It flipped over. You were the only survivor.
So now you sat there, sobbing. It was all your fault. You knew better than to sleep after watching horror movies. You were so, so stupid. Suddenly, you felt two hands on your shoulders, gently rubbing your neck. "It's okay, sweetie. It isn't your fault. We can get through this together." Your aunt whispered. You turned to her. "I'm s-so sorry.." You sobbed. She embraced you, stroking your hair slowly. Tears were slipping down her face as well. "It's going to be okay." She whispered.
Ever since then you've lived with her. She moved into an apartment after the accident. Everything was slow. You thought your life would always be dark and painful, until you opened a letter with your name on it. "OH MY GOD!" You screamed, jumping up and down. "Wh-What happened?!" Your aunt screamed, eyes wide. She saw the envelope. Her jaw dropped, and she made eye contact with you. You nodded, and she smiled. "I'm so proud of you!" She whispered, watching the acceptance video. From this moment on, you weren't going to be the dark, distant girl you've been. You would be a hero. Your aunt looked at you, and when you looked back at her, there was a light in her eyes.

random but what should i name the aunt? i wanna do aunt may like spiderman lol but idk so give me some suggestions

You walked into UA, trembling. You had to keep your composure, you didn't want to hurt anyone. You crept into classroom 1-A and sat down in the back corner. You were the first one in the room, so you laid back, and relaxed. The next person who came in was a boy with red and white hair, and a mark over his right eye. He smiled at you, and you smiled back. "Hello." He said, sitting near you. Your posture tensed up. "Hi." You answered in a sweet voice. "I'm Todoroki Shoto... What's your name?" You pinched your hand, hard. You were so nervous, you didn't know what else to do to keep yourself from causing an earthquake. "I'm Y/N." He nodded. "What's your quirk?" You subtly winced. "E-Earthquakes." He bit his lip. "Are you the one from the car accident?" You quickly looked down. "P-Please don't make me talk about it.." He glanced around quickly. "U-Uh- Sorry.. I.. um.." He nervously laughed. You were about to excuse yourself from the conversation, until a blond-haired, red-eyed boy walked in. "Who the hell are you guys?" He screamed. You looked away. "Wait, aren't you the freak who killed her whole family.?"
He screamed to you. A tear slipped down your face, and couldn't hold it together anymore. The ground started to rumble. You closed your eyes, wishing somebody would stop you. Then someone did. Todoroki lunged himself at you, embracing you. The ground stood still, and you began to tremble in his arms. He slowly let go. "When I lost control of my quirk, somebody would comfort me until I felt okay enough to stop." You nodded. "Thank you." You whispered. "Get a room you two!" The blond haired yelled. Todoroki sat down, and more people started to trickle in, talking about a super-scary earthquake.
You just looked out the window.
There was orientation, and a physical exam. You didn't pay much attention, and you ended up scoring average on everything, as expected. Even though you could summon an earthquake, you could also partially control the Earth, being able to move the ground. You could make mountains, if you really wanted to. You learned everybody's names, everybody's quirk, and everyone's personality. Shoto was quiet, and spoke only a few words. He was a kind person though, and you enjoyed his company as the day went on. When you were both leaving, he touched your shoulder, told you it was a pleasure to meet you, and walked away. You felt a warm feeling in your heart, watching him walk away. You bit your lip, and walked back to your house. Your aunt was not home, which was strange. She rarely left the apartment, you were always sent out to do her errands. You locked yourself into your room, glancing around. You lit some candles, closed your blinds, and laid on the floor, right in the center of your room. You closed your eyes, and released the tension in your body. Your apartment shook gently, then it ceased after you took a deep breath. You opened your eyes, and stood up. With this daily practice, you could learn to control your earthquakes. Suddenly, your phone beeped. You opened your blinds, blew out the candles, and sat on your bed. It was an unknown number. "I got your number from a friend, don't freak out. It's just me, Shoto Todoroki." You smiled, looking away from the screen. "Hi, Shoto."
im putting this into a text messaging format, s is shoto and you are y

S: How are you?
Y: I'm alright, I guess. My aunt isn't here, and she never leaves the house anymore. I'm a little worried.
S: Have you tried texting her?
Y: She doesn't even have a cell phone. She never leaves the house, so she only uses the house phone.
S: I'm sure she'll be home soon.
Y: I hope so. Um, where did you get my number again?
S: Oh, haha, my mom went to school with your uncle, so she called your aunt and asked.
Y: When was this?
S: About 40 minutes ago, why?
Y: I got home 30 minutes ago, and she wasn't here. Wait, your mom knew my uncle?
S: Yes, why?
Y: My aunt hasn't spoken about him since the funeral. Maybe she's finding a way to cope his death?
S: That may be it.
Y: I just heard the door swing open, I think my aunt is home. I'll talk to you later.
S: I'll be here, y/n.

Your aunt stumbled through the door. Her eyes were red, and she couldn't stand up straight. You ran over, helping her to the couch. She smelled like strong alcohol. "Are you drunk.?" You whispered. She looked at you distraught. "I'm sorry." She choked. You pulled her into a hug. "It's okay, I promise. Let me take care of you." She sighed, and you sat her up on the couch. You quickly googled 'how to make a drunk person sober'. You followed all the steps, gave her lots of water, and wrapped her in  a blanket, turning on a movie. Your phone went off again, and you glanced at it. It was Shoto.

S: Is she home?
Y: Yes, thank god. She's drunk though, I had look up  how to sober her up.
S: My dad drinks a lot, you could've asked me. I'm stuck caring for him the most.
Y: I'm sorry, are you alright?
S: My father is a horrible person. I hate always having to clean up after him. Everybody thinks he's such an amazing guy just because he's a pro hero.
Y: Your father is a pro hero?!
S: ...You didn't know that I'm Endeavor's son?

You silently flipped your phone over, looking at your aunt. "I made a friend today." You barely breathed. She looked at you. "I know. From what Rei said, he was extremely desperate to get to know you." You smiled, blushing. She looked back at the tv.

In the second month of school, you talked to Shoto every second of every day. You were both very similar, and that made it easy to trust him. When you looked at him, you forgot about your past. He was your best friend, and you had completely fallen for him. You were so blinded by your feelings, you didn't realize that your aunt came home later everyday, getting more and more drunk each time.
