"Sisters"

 "Oh my god Eve I almost forgot about that stupid otter Huan gave you. Do you even still have it?"

"No, Y/N just no. I mean the otter was cute but there's no way in hell I'd bang the guy for it."

"I can't believe he thought a gift could get him laid."

"Well we were 16, what do you expect?"

"True.."

"Hey Y/N, one question.."

"Yeah Eve?"

"Why the fuck are we spending our last night in Tongyeong, in our old tree house? Like seriously our feet are hanging out the damn windows...."

"I thought it would fun to reminisce, you know... last night here before we head to the big city?"

Laughter filled the old white and yellow treehouse that you and Eve had happily grown up with. Being next door neighbors your whole life, You and Eve weren't just best friends, you were pretty much sisters. Sisters who laughed together at comedians you would watch on the internet, yell together as you played your favorite video games, Cry together over your favorite drama shows and of course sing out loud together whenever a song you loved came over the radio or when one your favorite groups released an album. Now here you were fresh out of college and making your next big move together. You had dreamed since you were young of being business women living in the big city – Seoul. Your business of choice was marketing. You often told Eve she could sell anyone the Lotte World Tower and make the person believe they actually owned it. You on the other hand had focused on the design and planning parts of marketing. You two were a force to be reckoned with in your Marketing classes. Both excelled and achieved high praise from your professor. Now here you were, blankets and pillows spread all over the floor of the treehouse your fathers had built for you when you were both 3 years old. The large tree that lived right between your two homes became your sanctuary.

"I can't believe this is it Y/N." Eve breathed while looking up at the bright yellow ceiling adorned in white twinkling lights. She turned her head to the left to look at you filled with happiness. You turned your head to Eve and smiled a warm smile.

"I know.... Kinda feels like a dream right?" You giggled to Yourself and suddenly winced as you felt something pinch your arm."Ouch! Hey what gives?!" You glared at your best friend with your honey brown eyes and Eve just smiled and chuckled.

"See, we're not dreaming!" She cheered. You shook your head and glared at Eve again.

"Uh dumb dumb, you're supposed to pinch yourself to check if you're dreaming, not another person!"

"Ooohhh... that makes sense." Eve smiled a bright wide smile at you and the two of you just laughed together. You talked for a while longer before finally deciding sleep was needed before your long drive tomorrow.

You woke fairly early and climbed down the ladder that was hidden in the balcony of your childhood hideaway. You both went your separate ways and got showered and dressed for the long drive. Both of you joined your parents for breakfast at your house and after you put your final bags into the Black and gray SUV that was a shared graduation present from your families.

"Call us if you need anything okay?" Your mother spoke softly to you, her only daughter and wrapped her arms around the you, embracing you in a warm hug.

"Yeah, anything you need you can always call one of us will answer to either of you." Eve's mother reassured both of you girls that you had full support and encouragement.
