"Have you ever taken a long breath? Like... You know, you're trying to concentrate on a deep thought or maybe trying to answer a hard question. I don't know, just..I'm kinda in that situation right now, I'm thinking about how I never had a good relationship with my family... How I never really had any friends (Besides my best friend Carson Drake, tall, muscler, dark blue eyes, fluffy hair, you know. The kind of guy all girls swoon over.)... I've always asked myself 'Why?' But I could never answer my own question...

But now, I think I've finally found my answer...

I think since my parents are so successful and pretty much always busy, it made me and brother drift away from them... And the friend thing, that a whole other story, I've always been quite an-"

Carson stopped as I watched him read all of my thoughts "Wow..." He said handinging me my journal not finishing reading.

"What? I know you probably think-" Carson stops me chuckling

"Oh shush, I meant that 'Wow' as 'wow, I never knew about that, and I'm kinda upset that you never trusted your best friend enough to tell me your thoughts'. Also, I never knew you had such good handwriting. Like man. And you think I'm muscler! Awe, so sweet!" Carson grins.

I roll my eyes, trying to hide that fact that my cheeks are turning red, and close the book, "You're so annoying sometimes, you know that right?" I say smiling

"Oh I know, but only for you. Cause I know you love it so much!" He says, still laughing quietly

I roll my eyes once more

"Come on Luna, you know you love me!" I stand up to put my journal away

"I will not tell you lies!" I say sarcastically, still slightly blushing almost unnoticeably.

Carson stands up and looks at me "Jerk!" He grins "Anyways... Wanna go get lunch?" He says walking closer to me

"Hm... Sure." I say walking to my bedroom door and gently placing my hand on the golden door knob.

1:00 PM

Me and Carson sit at our local cafe, we both normally get the same thing. -Garden salad with french fries, we don't eat much- But this time we decided to go out of our comfort zones -well, more like Carson decided to go out of his comfort zone, and I decided to stay very, VERY close to the same thing I'm used to.-

Carson got a cappuccino, and the barista put a cute little heart in it... Which I kinda freaked out over how adorable it was, because it was just so cute! Anyways, like I was saying, he also got Avocado toast with shredded chicken mixed in, which I'm not gonna lie, looks kinda yummy...

And I got a cute salad which they called 'Baby Green Salad' which is so cute! It's quite different, the ingredients are 'Mixed Greens, Mint, Croutons' and 'Balsamic Vinaigrette' it's pretty yummy, I'll probably get it again. Oh! I also got some plain ol' water.

"So, Luna." Carson says after taking a sip of his cappuccino I don't answer, I'm kinda just staring into his dark blue eyes at this moment, "Luna?" he asks once more.

I stop "Huh, oh, yeah?

He grins slightly "You okay?"

I nod and take a bite of my salad, blushing madly

He chuckles, "So, what do you want to do after lunch?"

I shrug, still blushing from embarrassment.
