Sisters

Chapter 1

BEEP BEEP BEEP
I groaned as I reached over to turn off my annoying alarm clock. Morning already? It felt like I was just downstairs watching a movie with my family.. must've fallen asleep.
"Addy are you awake?" I looked down at the bed below me to see my sister still asleep.
"Addy wake up we have school." I said quietly. Finally she woke up and we both very slowly got ready for school. When we walked into the kitchen we saw our older sister Alexa, and our mom sitting at the table eating waffles.
"Good morning sweethearts" Mom smiled.
"Morning.." I quietly said and grabbed a waffle from the counter.
"Where's Alex?" asked Addy.
"He went to school early today, he said he had some kind of meeting with his friends before school." Mom told her.
Alex was our older brother, he's 16, the oldest out of us four, he's a Sophomore in high school. Alexa is 14, while Addy and I are 13.
"So girls, how is school going?" Mom asked us.
"Great! I have a ton of friends and the teachers are all very nice!" Addy smiled.
"Same!" Alexa said proudly "My friends are so nice!"
"That's great honey! Abby how about you?" Mom asked me.
"Fine" I said as I took the last bite out of the waffle.
"That's good to hear" Mom said as the bus pulled up on the street outside.
"Alright, the bus is here get your backpacks and head outside, have a good day at school." She waved at us as we headed out the door.
