𝐻𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓈𝒸𝒽𝑜𝑜𝓁 𝒜𝒰
It was an ordinary day at school. The sun was shining bright today. Clementine left the girls locker room and walked into the school gym. She was very athletic and loved having gym.
The kids that ran track would pass near the music room. Clementine always thought they only participated in music because, nobody really liked gym. Besides, the kids who did join band couldn't play the slightest bit. She'd know, she passes the building everyday! She only really knew one boy that could play well but, tried to not think about the thought of him.
She followed the teenagers out of the gym and near the track. She searched the crowd in attempt to find Violet. As soon as her golden eyes landed on her best friend, she ran over to her blonde friend.
Vi and Clem were always by each others side. They knew each other's secrets. Vi knew about Clementine's little crush on the new boy. Of course Clem never admitted it, it was obvious. I mean every time they'd hang out in the lunch room, she noticed how they always stared at each other. She shipped them so much. Vi knew Clem would never make the first move so she decided she would...

after school, Vi told Clem she wanted to meet at a diner that they both loved. sometimes after school they'd go over and order milkshakes together. Clem went home and showered. She got dressed and rode her bike over to the diner.
She opened the diners door and listened to the familiar ding of the bell. She smiled as she walked in seeing new faces and some old ones. She searched the place only to find Louis. She quickly ran off to the bathroom. She was shocked. Why was he even here?! she grabbed her phone from her back pocket and quickly called Vi.
"Clementine?" She could tell Vi was smirking.
"Where are you? You won't believe who's here!" Clementine could feel her heart racing. She couldn't even think straight but, that was Violets plan.
"Oh, you saw Louis?" Violet giggled into the phone "I invited him since i couldn't make it"
"YOU DID WHAT?" Clem tried quiet herself. She knew something was off...
"How did you even know i liked him?" She had so many questions.
"Tell you later. good luck, clem" She quickly hangs up the phone. Clementine sighs. she knew she had to face him. She took a deep breath before leaving the bathroom. She slowly walked over to the booth and sat down in front of the boy with dreads.
"Violet told me you wanted to meet me here" The freckled boy suddenly said.
"Y-yes" Clementine tried sitting up. Her stomach was turning. it almost felt like she was going down a roller coaster. she licked her lips before speaking again.
"Violet has the weird plan of setting us up" She suddenly said. The freckled boy laughed at the sentence. he soon got up from the booth and held his hand out for her. She took his hand as they left the diner. She hated to admit how much she like his hand in hers.
They both got onto their bikes and left the diner. Clementine followed the boy who wore a green long sleeve, it suited him. He led her to an empty building. it looked like an old music building. She parked her bike and walked over to Louis, who was parking his. She smiled at her and held his hand out.
"I thought i'd take my favorite girl to my favorite place" her heart skipped a few beats when those words left his mouth. He led her to a broken window. she wondered how it broke or the history of the building.
"How do you know this building?" It was messy on the outside but, looked decent in the inside. it had glass on the floor but, it was swept into one corner. She saw a piano in the center of the room.
"It was my moms" he whispered. Clementine knew that his mom passed away when he was younger. She squeezed his hand to reassure him, that he was safe with her. he could talk to her.
"Whenever she'd have a bad day, she'd come here and play" He was now facing Clementine. His eyes watered up as he embraced her in a loving hug. She rubbed his back. he backed away and walked over to the piano. He pressed a key before playing a lovely tune for her. She sat beside him, mesmerized by him.
She knew he'd have an impact on her and couldn't stop herself from staring at him.
