UPDATE!: I don't use any disposable Period products very often anymore, but I'm still leaving this up because the tampons and pads on this list are the best ones I found, before switching to using reusable products.
(Which I have added to the list.)Pads:
I use Always Infinity FlexFoam size 2 pads! I use them most of the time unless my period is Super heavy. They are super comfortable, and they work well! For a super heavy flow I usually use tampons, but when I do use a pad for it, I either change those ones more often, or I use a Maxi pad, or a over-night pad because they are more absorbent! For over-night I use Always Infinity FlexFoam over-night pads in size 4. I have used size 5 before too, but size 4 is a little smaller and fits better for me. They are also super comfortable, long on the back to prevent leaks, and they work well!
UPDATE!: I now have completely switched to reusable cloth pads to help the environment!
Tampons:
I use TAMPAX Radiant tampons. They have plastic applicators, so it's easier to insert than a cardboard one. They also have a deeper finger grip spot, so it's easier to hold on to!
I mostly use Regular size, but if my flow is super heavy, I use a Super tampon! I rarely use Lite ones, but when I do its because my flow is super light.UPDATE!: I have also switched to menstrual cups instead of tampons to help the environment!
Menstrual cups:
I have the brand called "Dutchess Cup" because it was one of the cheaper options from amazon, so I tried it. I'm still getting completely used to it, but so far it's been WAAAAYY better than tampons for me, because there's no irritating string, and you can wear them for 12 hours! My sister and cousin also use them, and love them!Reusable pads:
I use "Wegreeco" brand cloth reusable pads, that i bought on amazon, and I also use some i bought from a lady on Etsy. They are much softer than disposable pads, and they absorb blood just as well. They are not as disgusting as they seem at first, and once you get used to doing a quick rinse, you can put them in with normal laundry!Panty liners:
I use Blossom unscented every-day Panty liners. I buy them at Aldi, but I have bought tons of different types of Panty liners and they all seem to work just fine 🤷🏻♀️😂Period tracker apps:
I use clue! It's really useful and it can track irregular periods too!Period panties:
I regularly use Knixteen brand! They are SOOOO nice! They work perfect for light days, or any day for backup when I'm using a menstrual cup or tampon. I'm going to buy some from Thinx soon, but for now, I love Knix and Knixteen!
