Young as I was I would walk around the forest looking for a spot to read.
I look up as the leaves would fall on the ground with carefree.

Finally finding the perfect spot to read I sat down and read my book. I wasn't like the other kids. I would rather read books and look at nature rather than playing tag and make my clothes dirty.

But of course I liked to play at times but not always. I prefer reading books and fill up my mind with creative scenes from the book I read.

Flipping the pages I read every chapter carefully so I can focus on the scene of the chapter. Imagination was always fun for me. Creating scenes with your own mind was always interesting.

Time passed as I was getting up to go back to my home a purple butterfly landed on my nose. It was a purple butterfly. How pretty! I thought. The butterfly didn't bother flying away when I tried touching it.

More butterflies soon came and surrounded me. Colorful as they was they were still tinted with mystery as their wings flapped.

They seem to signal me to follow them I don't know why but I followed them out of my own curiosity. It didn't take long as I was introduced to a place full of beautiful butterflies and flowers

As I looked around the beautiful place I spotted a young boy talking to butterfly. How can he talk to a butterfly I asked myself. I look at him the first thing that caught my attention of him was his eyes.

They were Icy Blue almost like real ice.
They were really dreamy but before I could focus on his face more he saw me and he ran away.

I came to that place almost everyday to see him again. It took me two months to finally see him again. I introduced myself to him but before I could hear his name. My mother called out. I turned around she wasn't there. How can she know where I am when I don't really reveal on where I go?

I turned back to the boy but he wasn't there too. There were nothing but yellow and purple flower petals and butterflies on where he was supposed to be.

I was left confused as I tried to come here everyday just to see him again. But nothing worked so I gave up.

I was packing up my stuff since my parents told me we have to leave since they said I would be going to high school somewhere far. I don't want to leave this place though..

I might not have friends but this place was precious to me. This is where I was born. But nothing lasts forever right?

I went down to my room caring my stuff towards my dad's car and going inside and sat down. I sighed as I took a last look of my house.

"Don't worry honey, we can visit here when he have vacations" My mom said giving me a caring smile. I smiled back at her.

I looked at the car window while dad was driving out of town. We passed by the forest before leaving the town.

As I was looking at the forest I saw him. But something wasn't right..

He looked like he was injured. Dirt covered his body. His hands had scratches. His eyes showed no emotions at all. He just stared me.

He gave me a stare like he was asking for help without expressing it with his face. I frowned. I tried telling my parents on what I saw and looked back at the forest.

There was nothing there.

Am I imagining things?
