i put on my dress, it's a simple short black off the shoulder dress i did some simple makeup and curled my hair. once I finished i put on a necklace and some diamond earrings then i got the baby blue vans out of my closet and put them on (asher is wearing baby blue checkered vans.) i heard asher come in so i grabbed my wallet and phone and went downstairs.
“wow, you look amazing.” my boyfriend asher said as I walked down the stairs.
“you don't look to bad yourself.” i said smirking he was wearing a black tux with a baby blue tie and baby blue checkered vans. once i got down the stairs he put a corsage on my wrist. “it's beautiful, I love it” I said giving him a quick kiss.
my mom handed me his boutineer and i pinned it on his tux. “how’d i get lucky enough to have you as my date?” asher asked making me blush. we took some pictures then we left to go get dinner before we go to the dance.
neither of us are fancy people (hence the vans) so we decided to just eat at a local diner. when we got there he came around and opened my door and grabbed my hand, we walked hand in hand into the diner. after we ordered we sat there talking “this summer we should go on a road trip” i told him.
“where do you want to go?” he asked me.
“it really doesn't matter, i just want to spend time with you in the car singing, sightseeing, and just making memories.” I told him “we're gonna make 2022 the best year yet” i said smiling.
“it will be as long as your in it” he said beaming, when he's happy his eyes light up like nothing is wrong in the world. “you know i finished a song last night” he told me.
asher is an amazing musician he sings and plays guitar, i love the sound of his voice it's so calming. “oh really, when do i get to hear it?” i asked.
“whenever you want but i was hoping you would sing it with me?” he said smiling.
“i'd love to ash” i told him. eventually our food came and we ate then left we got to the school around seven forty-five so we had about fifteen minutes to spare.

after we sat in the car for a little bit we went in and found some seats after a little bit some of our friends started to get there and we just hung out. we were just dancing around, obnoxiously singing, and just having fun. we were taking pictures and jayden got this one of asher and i so i decided to post it on instagram.

they started to play a slow song and asher came up to me “may i have this dance?”
“you may” I told him so we got up and danced i put my arms around his neck and laid my head on his should. “i love you” i whispered into his ear.
“i love you too” he whispered the song ended and we stopped dancing and i just got lost in his beautiful green eyes.
one of my favorite songs came on happier by marshmallow i started singing and dancing when a bunch of people started screaming. i turned around to see why they were screaming and i seen a man i've never seen before with a gun. i felt the smile fade from my face and i froze. i heard a gunshot and seconds later i had the worst pain ever in my chest. i was shot.
