Haleys POV-
I walked down the hall holding my books in my hand and wearing a tan sweater, black jeans, and my navy blue toms . It was the last day of school before winter break, which was extended to 4 weeks! All of a sudden my 5 best friends ran up behind me. Their names were Liam, Louis, Zayn, Niall and last but not least Harry. I have a HUGE crush on him. "No, stop Haley, he doesn't like you back!" I thought
"Hey!" Louis said.
"Howdy!" Niall said
"Hola!" Zayn said.
"Oh hey there!" Liam said.
"Hi!" Harry said. "Hey guys!" I replied. They walked by my side as Liam took my books and found my locker and shoved everything inside.
"Babe, I got invited to a party! Want to join?" Harry asked. "It's a Friday come on!"
"Oh alright! I guess that would be fun!" I replied.
"Ok, I'll pick you up at 9:30!"
We nodded and they left in their car. I walked home on my own. It's really not a far walk, but its brutal in the winter with all the snow. I turned the corner and walked up the patio to my front door. I took out the key and burst the door open, running through the house and going to my room, changing into this:

"Hey sweetie!" my mom said from behind.
"Hi mom!" I replied
"Dad and I have some news!" she said
"Oh, ok! What's going on?"
"Well your dad and I won a free admission to a cruise over winter break!" she said happily
"Oh cool!"
"But we will be gone ALL break!"
"Ok! Wait, are you trusting me to be home alone?" I asked in disbelief. She NEVER lets me do this!
"Well I called Liam and he said that he will check on you every day!" she replied
"Good enough!" I said.
"Well, we are actually leaving now..." she mumbled
"WHAT? Oh, well ok! I'll miss you so much!" I said sealing it with a kiss on her cheek. The tears starting streaming down her face.
"I'll miss you too!" she yelled from the car, which rolled away into the white wonderland. I quickly dialed Liams number.
"LEE!" I yelled in excitement
"Yeah love, what's up?" he replied
"My mom and dad left! Im home alone!!!!" I said happily
"Yeah thanks to me!"
"Oh Lee! I love you so much, best friend!"
"Haha well I will see you tonight!" he replied.
"Bye babe!" I said happily and hung up the phone. I skipped up the stairs and started to get ready for the party.
