Anybody can join- however, not everyone will be accepted.
You can only enter one story, and it has to have at least three chapters up.
I will personally go through the entries myself. In the end, twenty five entries will be accepted.
There will be three rounds- the first round, you must get at least five votes to progress to the next round. In the second, you must be in the top six highest votes to continue to the final. And on the last, you will have to have the top third highest votes to be ranked. There are three prizes:
