{Chptr 1} ~ 'Sorry Do I Know you?

*Mary's POV*

"I'm heading out of my apartment now, just chill bitch," I said to my best friend Emily while talking to her on the phone. I grabbed my beach bag and put my spare clothes in, then my water proof mascara, my lip balm, my spare towel and bikini's and my toiletries knowing me I'll probably stay at Em's and not go home for a day or two depends how long she wants me to stay. "Get in your car now, everyone's here, your the only one missing. Didn't I call you earlier?" She said questioning me, "Yeah I know but I took a shower and cause I had to wash my tan off from yesterday and I waxed too, so I took my sweet ass time," I said to her laughing at the end, a couple of seconds later you could hear her laughing from the other line.

I quickly took 2 cold water bottles and threw them in my beach bag. "Yeah I should know that cause your still the same from when we became friends like 5 years ago," she said, I can imagine her rolling her eyes already. This made me laugh, as I've got my black vans in my car, I put an extra pair of shoes into my beach bag, I quickly slipped into my tan sandals. "Right hoe, I'm ready, I'm setting off now," I said to Em, while having my car keys in one hand and my beach bag over my shoulder walking towards my car. I put my bag in the passenger seat and turned my matte grey Audi TT on. I flipped a switch to put down the hood, cause we living in California and it's 60 degrees outside. I plugged my phone in and connected my phone in to play my playlist, 'Yonce by Beyoncé' came on. It was a 10 minute drive anyways so it didn't take long.

After a couple of minutes I arrived, I saw everyone being here already with all they're cars scattered everywhere as they didn't park it properly, I found Emily's White Range Rover and parked on the right hand side of her. On my other side there was a black mustang next to me, the car was sexy as fuck.

This confused me, non of us from the squad had a black mustang, and plus I've never seen anyone from the squad drive a sexy car like the one I'm next to. I looked at where everyone was, Emily and Jordon in the beach just cuddling each other, while some of the girls were on the sun beds, then the guys playing football, there was an extra person I saw but didn't recognise who it was.

After checking the car out I decided to get out and get my keys and picked up my beach bag and spare speaker that I always had, cause it's for travel and I always charge it. I didn't bother tying my tan sandals and just headed towards everyone. I saw everyone's things only cause there were loads of bags scattered everywhere and 6 big bags filled with food for the bbq later back at mine. I started to put sunscreen on the most place where I didn't want to get burned and plus didn't want my tan to come off since it's new from last night. After doing that I took my phone out of my bag and placed it on top of my things along with my speaker and sandals and that's when I took my white cover up and my white bikini showed in sight. I took my jewellery off and place it with my things before running off to the beach with the others who were practically splashing everyone.

There was Elisha, Emily T, Shannon my best friend from England with her boyfriend Jack, Oskar, Kian and his girlfriend Capris, Jason, Jayden and his girlfriend Demi, Maciek my Polish best friend from College back in England with his girlfriend Masie, Callum and his girlfriend Katie, then there's Emily and Jordon hugging each other.

When Emily saw me her eyes lit up and let go off Jordon and started to head towards me, 'Bestieeeee! Fucking bout time. We were gonna go burgle your apartment without you, while everyone gets pissed and high and have a relaxed chill day without you," she said practically tackling me into the waves and hugging me from under the water. Once I got my breath back after being drowned by her, I smacked her arm, "Fucking let me breath you Hoe, you'll end up killing me by just drowning me right now, but I'm also glad to see you I missed you too," I said hugging her back.

"Hey Mary, long time no see. Mannnnn, you've changed since the last time I last saw you. You didn't even have tattoos when we first met, and now look at ya, glowed up so much with that killer body of yours. Man Joe will be gla-". Wait Joe? What is she on about, I gave her a weird look, until she turned around behind her and a view of Kian, Jordon, Jayden, Maciek, Jason, Jack, Oskar, Callum and Joe playing football on the sand while, Demi, Katie, Elisha, Emily, Shannon and Masie were on the other end laid on the sun beds tanning.
