8am sharp. Aga diba?
Pag pasok niya agad ko siyang nilapitan
“ GOOD MORNING MARIE, BESPREN, CHARMING, CUTE, GANDA!” I greeted her
Umiling si marie “ oh pam, good morning rin. May kailangan ka ba?” tumawa siya
“ ahh. Anukaba! Ahm.. wala.” Pumadyak padyak ako.
“ tumigil ka nga. Ano ba kase yun?” she asked
I just smiled at her bigtime
She rolled her eyes “ alam ko na. si ranz noh?” sabi niya
“ sino?” I asked
“ si Ranz Joseph del Castillo. Yung kausap ko kahapon.” She said
Bigla akong ginanahan. Napa smile nalang ako bigla.
“ pano mo nemen nelemen?” pa cute kong sinabi.
Akala mo ba di ko mahahalata?” she ranted
“ganun ba ka obvious? Ohmygosh. Nekekehiye nemen.” I jumped around to make her laugh
Tuwang tuwa naman si marie. Eto, iba na to eh. Yung tipong nang iinsulto yung tawa niya. XDD
“ ANONG KAGANAPAN ‘TO?” bigla naming sumingit si Tristan
Dinagukan ko yung kumag. Bigla bigla kasing sumisingit eh nagkakasiyahan pa kami.
“aray naman pam! Namumuro ka na ha!” sigaw ni Tristan
- Tristan Sandoval, kaibigan ko since elementary, naging close na rin kami over the years. Saya nyan kasama eh. Protective pa. pero NOPE wala ho akong gusto sakanya . ew! Kadiri! Baka iniisip niyo magiging kami sa huli! HINDI AH! Love story namin to ni ranz! :)
“ sorry naman Tristan, ikaw kasi eh, may pinag uusapan kame.” Sabi ko sakanya
“ ano ba kasi yun?” he asked
“ ah.
Ew!” sabay sigaw
Binitawan ko naman agad.
“ wag ka nga makinig kay marie. Sige na. makikopya ka na ng prep.. Alam ko wala ka pa eh! Itsura mo..” kantsaw ko sakanya sabay tulak
“ he! I’m watching you!” he dramatically said.
“ marie, wag mo munang ipagkalat ‘to. Nakakahiya eh.” I said while blushing
“ oh sige, sige. Pero pam, gusto mo bang ipakilala kita sakanya?” she said
“ ha?” kunyare pa akong di ko narinig.
“ yan si ranz. Ambait niyan. Mabait, gwapo, matalino at talented. San ka pa?” sinabi niya with actions.
“ hoy. Baka may gusto ka dun ah?” I replied
Bweno, what is Phenobarbital?” tanong niya.
Huminga ako ng napaka lalim.
“ ma’am. phenobarbital is a barbiturate and the most widely used anticonvulsant worldwide, and the oldest still commonly used. It also has sedative andhypnotic properties, but as with other barbiturates, it has been superseded by the benzodiazepines for these indications. The World Health Organizationrecommends its use as first-line for partial and generalized tonic–clonic seizures (those formerly known as grand mal) in developing countries. It is a core medicine in the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines, which is a list of minimum medical needs for a basic health care system. In more affluent countries, it is no longer recommended as a first- or second-line choice anticonvulsant for most seizure types, though it is still commonly used to treat neonatal seizures.
Phenobarbital (and phenobarbital sodium) is manufactured and supplied in various forms: in tablets of 15, 30, 60 and 100 mg (though not all are available in all countries: for example, in Australia only the 30-mg tablets are available); in an oral elixir (commonly 3 mg/ml in strength); and in a form for injection (as phenobarbital sodium - usually 200 mg/ml). The injectable form is used principally to control status epilepticus, while the oral forms are used for prophylactic and maintenance therapy. The dose range for epilepsy is 60–320 mg/day; its very long active half-life means for some patients, doses do not have to be taken every day, particularly once the dose has been stabilised over a period of several weeks or months, and seizures are effectively controlled. It is occasionally still used as a sedative/hypnotic in anxious or agitated patients who may be intolerant of or do not have access to benzodiazepines, neuroleptics and other, newer drugs. For this purpose, phenobarbital has a lower dose range - around 30–120 mg/day, but this practice is uncommon in developed countries.
Binasa niyo lahat? Wow. Karapat dapat kayong I clap clap. XD
Lahat sila napanganga
“ very good. Ms. Alvarez. Take your seat.”
“ wow naman. Galing. Stock knowledge?” tanong ni kylie
“ shunga! Eto oh.” Iniabot ko sakanya yung phone ko. “ google!” tumawa nalang kami pareho.
