Chapter 11

"Neveah you good?" Maya questioned from the room.

"I'm fine just waiting"

"Aight tell us when it's ready"

Don't get me wrong it'll be a blessin' but I ain't ready I'm still young and I have so many things I wanna do.

My phone went off and I walked over to the test picking it up.

I turned both of them over. "What the fuck?"

"Yall can come in" they both rushed in almost fallin.

"Goshhh chill out"

"What it say?" Naomi semi-yelled.

"I don't know"

Maya scrunched her face up. "Whatchu mean you don't know"

"One say positive the other say negative" I showed them the tests.

I woke up and got ready for the day. Last night I decided to go to the doctors office today to see if I'm pregnant or not.

I called them up today and luckily they had a morning slot.

I just finished up my hair and grabbed my purse going downstairs. "Morning Gabe"

"Wassup, you heading out so early"

"Yuh I'm going out with the girls, where everyone else?"

"Mike at the trap and Queen at the hospital with her mama"

I nodded. "And whatchu you bout to do?"

"I got basketball practice then I'm gone go the hospital"

"Alright, stay safe"

"Fo sure".

I left out and drove to the hospital.

Maya and Nai wanted to come but I wanted to go by myself. I got in and they told me to sit in the waiting room.

A few minutes later one of the doctors came out. "Neveah Marshalls?" I stood up and he smiled leading me to his office. "Hey Neveah long time no see"

"Yuh I live out in Atlanta I just came for a visit"

She nodded. "So it says here you booked for a check up"

"Uh yeah, I took two pregnancy tests and one came out positive the other negative" I gave him the tests.

"Okay I'm gonna run a blood test, you'll get the results in about 3 to 5 days"

"Is there any other way I could do it to get the results quicker?"

"Uh either through a CT scan or you can take another pregnancy test"

I thought about for a second. "A blood test fine"

"I understand you want to know as quick as possible but a blood test will be more accurate"
